Hello Philip! Thank you for investing your time in commenting on our establishment. It is true that we do not have the bigest spaces, but we have a magnificent location :) I am sorry to tell you that we have no record of any failure in the AACC of any of the two rooms you used during your stay, and no guest after you has notified us either. We are sorry if there was a bug that made your stay less comfortable. What you did tell us about pillows, we are working on it. Thanks a lot for help us to be better! Regarding the sensor for the room card, for now it isn't in our plans, because we have 24/7 reception and the night receptionist usually has the door open (or otherwise, opens it when guests arrive at the hotel) We thank you very much for sharing ideas with us to improve, as it is the only way we can learn :)!
