Very nice hotel with a great location . Great and helpful staff. Very nice and clean room. Quality sheets and linens. Breakfast is ok.

Muy buena elección para unos días. Elegimos habitación con vista al lago: MARAVILLOSO!!! Buena atención por parte del personal, muy atentos con todas las preguntas que les hicimos: dónde ir a cenar, tomar una cerveza, etc

Mala experiencia
Las sabanas son de microfibra cuando te queres dar vuelta se salian, dormiamos sobre el colchon pelado, que eran dos de 1 pz unidos, mal, y los toallones y toalla una lija y muy finitos, el servicio de spa no presta, ni la pileta, desilucion. Creemos que demasiado ahorrativo el dueño. La vista es buena.

Un pequeño hotel muy lindo, con vistas hermosas. El cuarto tenía una terraza con vista al lago. El servicio excelente, Barbie nos ayudó mucho con reservaciones, dónde comer, a dónde ir, siempre muy atenta. No está cerca del centro caminando, tienes que tomar taxi, pero no fue un inconveniente para conocer.

Barbara was so very helpful to us. We had a really long flight and she was able to calm my daughter who was very upset. Then she helped tremendously to find the best rates for cabs and for skiing.

Boa opção em Bariloche
O hotel é bem mais simples do que aparenta no site, porém tem o básico para quem quer curtir Bariloche durante o dia e ir para o hotel só para dormir. Bem localizado, excelente café da manhã, quartos com calefação e um bom chuveiro quente. Ótima atenção dos donos e funcionário da pousada.

Pra começar nos colocaram em um quarto com três camas , oque gostei já que não havia lugar adequado para colocar e abrir nossas malas grandes . Então , demos der um tempo , fomos avisados que nos colocaram em quarto errado e tivemos que colocar nossas roupas de novo nas malas e fomos para um quarto com cama de casal , pequeno , e não tinha onde colocar e abrir as malas . Pedimos cadeiras e conseguimos uma ! Então tivemos que abrir uma mala no chão . Apesar de pedirmos para que nos ajudassem com as malas , ficou assim mesmo . Cama pequena , pedimos mais dois travesseiros e nos foram entregues sem fronha ! Só nos dariam pela manhã do dia seguinte ! Fomos embora com a sensação de que ficamos pedindo favores !!! Não volto mais...

Fantastic hosts, super location
Perfect hosts and excellent experience! Paula and Luis were very helpful throughout our 2 day stay. They went out of their way to explain the area, recommend and arrange a short tour to pick up from the hotel; also arranging car hire for us. Also airport transfer. Room had fabulous views.

Great views. Helpful hosts.
Not a full service hotel and value is consistent with a ski resort where pricces are higher than normal. Towels not changed during a four night stay so don't expect luxury service levels. Breakfast is ok but not wonderful.

Excellent Hotel!
The staff was amazing, the hotel is decent for the price, the lake view is amazing. This hotel is located between Cerro Cathedral and the City. The staff was very helpful, this place will be my first option whenever I return to Bariloche!

Além do excelente atendimento dos proprietários (Luiz e esposa), esse hotel está próximo à excelentes restaurantes, próximo ao Cerro Otto e também ao Cerro Catedral. Com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente caso retornemos à Bariloche.

Home away from home
We received excellent service from the owners of the hotel who are able to help with any plans you need to make. The room (#8) was quite large and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Bariloche.

O acesso do hotel é um pouco difícil pois a estrada não é pavimentada. O resto é perfeito, em especial atendimento dos seus cordiais funcionários, café da manhã, áreas comuns, spa incrível.

Amazing views and really nice owners.
The view from room 5 is just breathtaking! The owners of the hotel are really nice; they helped us booking tours, getting a car and recommending places around. They also made me vegan bread for breakfast. Really sweet couple. The hotel is clean and they give you breakfast (fruits, yogurt, bread, ham, cheese, muffins, cookies, cereal, croissants, eggs). It has an spa that we didn't use. The room is big. The bed was a queen or king (not sure) but it has a division in the middle. It seems to be "a thing" in Argentina because we were at another hotel before and it had it too. This one wasn't so bad. They clean the room everyday (~11am) and give you new towels if you want to. The shower has hot water. They give you shampoo, conditioner and soap. The room has a tv and fridge too. We slept well but if you are attempting to wake up late in the morning you might hear other guests opening and closing doors. We woke up early everyday, so that wasn't an issue. There are a lot of activities to do around! You can take the bus, a taxi or rent a car (manual transmission only). Overall was a great experience; loved the owners and the views. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.

A simpatia do dono é um dos pontes fortes deste pequeno hotel com instalações novas e reluzentes! Luis tenta fazer com que seus hóspedes se sintam em casa. Para completar tem uma a linda vista do quarto e da área de café da manhã, além da limpeza dos ambientes.

Our first taste of Patagonia, and spoilt rotten by our host and hostess, who were helpful at every turn,. Paula can advise on an inexpensive rental car co. and coordinate as required.

A hotel with the personal touch
I arrived by myself and felt immediately at ease with the warm reception from Paula and her husband. They both went out of their way to make our family (who arrived after me) feel at home, making reservations for us, giving advice, chasing me down for phone calls etc. In the end we felt like we had made new friends and would highly recommend this place to all. It is advisable to have a car in this town to see the surroundings and get in to town quickly.

Um pedacinho da nossa casa.
Acredito que o mais valorizado por qualquer hóspede em um hotel seja o bom atendimento. E isso, é o que de melhor é oferecido pelo Altuen Hotel através dos serviços personalizados prestados pelos seus proprietários Luiz e Paula. Duas pessoas maravilhosas que nos fazem sentir como se estivéssemos em nossa casa. Recepção calorosa, simpatia, dicas de passeios e restaurantes fazem parte do "pacote". Além, é claro, de um café da manhã servido com carinho pelo Luiz que inclui um pão caseiro quentinho feito na hora. Apesar de estar localizado a 7,5 km do centro de Bariloche, existem opções baratas de transporte como ônibus coletivo ou remis (táxi com tarifa fixa). Há também ótimos restaurantes próximo do hotel e ainda uma praia a 100 m (Playa Bonita), sem contar com a vista maravilhosa do Lago Nahuel Huapi. Sem dúvida uma das melhores opções de estadia em Bariloche considerando a relação custo/benefício.
