시티의 복잡함이 싫으시다면...
시티의 복잡함과 시끄러움을 피하려 정말 조용한 휴식이 필요해서 머문 호텔인데 정말 조용하고 별을 많이 본곳입니다. 시티 나가는 일이 좀 불편하지만 두명이면 반팅해서ㅋㅋ

Fantastic hotel, great value, & friendly staff.
A fantastic hotel with very welcoming staff. The location is isolated if travelling by public transport, but the views are spectacular and there are some nice hikes nearby. A good breakfast was included and in the restaurant in the evening we enjoyed the very reasonably priced delicious empanadas! We had a great room overlooking the lake.

Extraordinary views of mountains and lakes, nearby hiking path, fine staff, quiet, short, inexpensive taxi ride to Bariloche. The beautiful site is also neglected in minor but distracting ways, all fixable: squeaky bedroom hinges, an old pile of rubbish nearby, a broken toilet, dripping pipes.

Simplesmente decepcionante, com minha reserva confirmada pelo hotéis.com viajei mais de 600 km de moto a fim de passar o final de semana em Bariloche, mas para minha surpresa na hora de fazer meu check in, o recepcionista Felipe me informou que não havia reserva em meu nome e o hotel estava lotado. Ao entrar em contato com a hotéis.com o atendente Luan me informou que poderia fazer a alocação em outro hotel só que eu seria atendido por uma equipe em inglês, eu disse que não seria possível pois não domino o idioma, resumo da história, só consegui um hostel altas horas da noite por conta própria. E o pior de tudo, ao chegar no Brasil entro em contato com a hotéis.com para solicitar o estorno em meu cartão de crédito e sou informado que será possível, demais hein?!

Good view but rude staff
This hotel has a nice view and the restaurant staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was okay for the most part. However, the rest of the staff were quite rude. The "airport shuttle" driver also tried to increase our fare once we arrived to the airport which was unprofessional - we had to show him the hotel's website even said less than the amount he was trying to get us to pay. It was all around very dishonest and the main reason I'm writing this. We realized we were staying here during the low season which meant everything was blocked off including the gym, pool, and game room - it may have a different vibe during the on-season. Either way, the staff should close the hotel during the off-season if they aren't going to be happy to work there.

Rip Off. Buyer beware.
Unfortunately I have to report this hotel. We were very much wanting to visit Bariloche to see the beautiful scenery. However, when we landed in Temuco airport we were advised that we could not take the rental car over into Argentina without a visa. We immediately called Expedia to cancel the room booked for two nights within the usual 24 hour time period. We have the name of the Expedia rep & the cancellation code. We now have a bill for the two nights for $220.00 because this hotel requires 4 weeks cancellation notice. We were not aware of this or I would have changed hotels at the time of booking. I have never heard of a hotel wanting a whole months cancellation. Expedia has tried hard to get a refund but this hotel is not complying.

Estancia del Carmen is a quiet, comfortable nature surrounded hotel with an amazong view to Lake Gutierrez and Mount Cathedral, it is near town and airport and alao is on the way to the 7 lakes circuit.

Posee restaurante en el hotel, atención muy atenta. La habitación muy cálida con una vista privilegiada al lago, las montañas y al cerro catedral, encontrándose el lago al centro de ambos... Muy completo, ademas de la paz que te ofrece al estar alejado de la zona urbana.

Chegamos a noite (por volta das 20:30),Inicialmente reservamos uma Cabana De Luxo com 2 quartos (01 cama de casal e 4 de solteiro com 2 banheiros, cozinha, sala, lareira e etc..) ao chegarmos por uma falha a cabana disponibilizada era a correta mas possuía somente 2 cama de solteiro e um dos quartos. Nossa família possui 3 crianças. Prontamente questionei a administração a qual fui atendido, disponibilizaram um apartamento com as mesmas dependências mas no ultimo andar do predio principal, a família concordou, perdíamos o isolamento da cabana, mas o apartamento também era único no ultimo andar e com as mesmas comodidades,. O funcionario do Hotel (Nicholas) foi extremamente eficiente e prestativo ao contornar a situação, queremos deixar os parabens. As dependencias todas novas e completas, calefação funcionou adequadamente mesmo nos dias negativos, a cozinha possuia todos os utensílios, eletrodomesticos modernos, quartos espaçosos com roupa de cama e tracesseiros novos. A sala muito espaçosa ate mesmo com hometheater. A unica coisa é que a arrumação destes apartamento era feita de 3 em 3 dias (mesmo processo da cabana), nada que não soubessemos. As vistas da sala e dos quarto são deslumbrantes (lago e montanha). Saimos de la com voltade voltar e ja vamos nos programar para ana que vem, mais ao final de julho. Importante estar de carro pois o hotel fica afastado do centro de Bariloche.

NOT a spa resort!!
After having read the good reviews and seen pictures of the spa, we stayed here for two nights in a room downstairs in the main building. When we arrived we were very dissapointed!! The place call themselves a mountain spa resort, but it is a very run down place (the room is ok) with a big road between the lake (in picture it is right in front). The service is non existing and you cant buy anything before 9 pm when "dinner" is prepared in a microwawe in the restaurant. Barking dogs everywhere and the worst breakfast we had in 2 months here. The only good thing in this place is the room and the view, but I recommend to have a car to go away as there is nothing nice about this place.

Hermoso lugar donde están ubicadas las cabañas
El lugar es muy lindo, lleno de árboles y la mayoría de las cabañas miran al lago. Nosotros eramos 2 y por lo tanto, nos tocó la cabaña más alejada de la buena vista, pero las de adelante (que eran para 6/8 personas), tenían una vista espectacular y mucho mejor decoración que la nuestra; que si bien no estaba mal, estaba un poco dejada en cuanto a su mantenimiento (humedad en el techo del baño, una TV de las viejas, muebles más antiguos que en las cabañas grandes). Lo cual, es llamativo porque si bien obviamente son más caras las grandes, si se saca la cuenta por persona, valen lo mismo... El área de la pileta es muy linda pero para mi gusto, le falta mantenimiento y algo de limpieza. El personal del lugar es muy amable y dispuesto a solucionar los temas que se pudieron haber presentado. Es un lugar recomendable...

The Estancia del Carmen is a great hotel located behind Bariloche (Route 40 & 83). The view of the Gutierrez Lake is second to none. The restaurant is cozy and very well served. I would go back anytime.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, la limpieza regular en todos los espacios, fundamentalmente en baño y la zona de la pileta; en general bueno, aunque hubiera sido caro para las prestaciones reales, sino fuera por que estuvimos fuera de temporada y el precio es menor. TV en habitación mínimo y con un servicio de cable casi sin nada de canales habilitados. Wiffi funciona perfecto. Es cómodo acceder desde Bariloche, y nos pareció un lugar seguro.

Estancia del Carmen is a rare find for me. Nestled in the mountains surrounding Bariloche outside the city bustle, the BnB offered amazing views from the bedroom and wonderful local cuisine in the downstairs restaurant, which is, coincidentally, rated as one of the top places to eat in town. Strongly recommended!
