Booked a family room with double bed and a single bed, arrived into the hotel enter the room with a SOFA single bed, duvet was wet, poor service and very rude staff. Very noisy unable to sleep the staff didn't tell other customers off to keep volume down after midnight. When we requested for a dry and clean duvet the staff expected us as paying customers to put the bedding in. Not happy never returning to this OBIS hotel been to better IBIS hotels with same star rating and better staffing.

Useful location allbeit walk to tube can feel edgy but had no issues at all when we did. No decaf coffee in restaurant but in room did not make sense. Will book again however

Hotel and staff were excellent and everything was clean and quiet. Good price for it. Would be nice to have a dinner option in future especially vegan options as there were none that we saw. Very convenient location for food stores and the gym. Only down side would be the area as it doesn't feel very safe but the hotel itself is recommended.

Hôtel accueillant sans plus...

Séjour de deux jours dans cet hotel Ibis, à l'écart de la ville. Pas de transport à moins de 15 mn à pied d'un arrêt de bus, après avoir traversé un parc de nuit. Le personnel à l'accueil est simplement là. Nous avons pris le repas du soir et avons attendu 45 mn que l'on nous porte nos plats qui étaient bons. Mais l'agent d'accueil était attentiste, pas de mot sympathique. Nous avons été réveillé par l'alarme incendie à 3 h du matin. Aucune excuse de la part du personnel qui n'y était pour rien. Quelqu'un avait appuyé sur un bouton d'alarme incendie mais un petit mot de réconfort aurait été le bienvenu. Pour le confort de la chambre, un peu en dessous des hôtels ibis en France.

London's most over priced hovel.

Restaurant service was awful. I paid for Lamb around 8 pounds and they had none so I had a pie 5 pounds cheaper not even an offer of a refund for the difference. The food came it was shocking at best. Microwave food lump of mash potato solid and cold. Girl on reception was covering the bar so waiting to get served while people was checking in.

What a nightmare!

What a nightmare. We had booked well in advance so as to be close to London City Airport. We booked a family room so we could do the final sorting out of our luggage. We arrived at 23:00 to be told the hotel was overbooked and that we would have to leave our bags and go to the budget hotel nearby. We had no other option but to accept. When we complained and asked, via hotels.com, to have at least the price difference refunded and some token compensation we were rebuffed and told the case was closed. What terrible customer service!!! The bright spot was that Alec, the poor man on duty, was very polite and extremely helpful.
