The property was nice all employees were very helpful. I didn’t like checkout because my stay was paid through Expedia and the front desk said that Expedia did not pay the room amount in which it quoted me. I paid $190 more

The included breakfast was impressive on the choices and flavors. All kinds of fruits, omelet, meats, juices, etc...it was a full buffet of fresh food and freshly prepared items all the way...I would book again just for the breakfast...

They don't respect Expedia's terms. Change the rules for pay terms, the front desk people are not prepared to offer a real cause for bad practices. Unfortunately, a hot season produces bad decisions in the management team. The Bon Voy program using the Expedia platform doesn't work, The Gold level is the same as Cero. More than US$1000 was paid and no points, no better service, nothing. Great localization, nice rooms, and super breakfast, but unfortunately bad training and taking advantage with poor excuses erode all the good things.

Las habitaciones buenas; las personas en recepción algunas amables otras no. La recepción poco acogedora para un hotel de este tipo, casi ninguna decoración. El precio que me dieron ustedes que ya incluía impuestos, no lo mantuvieron y el valor que me habían dado en la moneda del país lo cambiaron a dólares, no hicieron el cambio a la tasa oficial, tienen una tasa mucho más cara que la oficial, lo cual no me parece correcto .

El hotel es bueno y los servicios tambien. Solo un punto muy importante me cobraron impuestos y me indicaron que en el aeropuerto me los devolverian. Voy al aeropuerto y me indican que con mi residencia de otro pais ellos no debieron hacerlo. Ahora no puedo reclamarlos.

Comprendemos que tiene residencia en otro país sin embargo las políticas de migración para aplicar la excepcion del impuesto son muy claras y debe llevar marcado en su pasaporte el permiso PT.
