They don't respect Expedia's terms. Change the rules for pay terms, the front desk people are not prepared to offer a real cause for bad practices.
Unfortunately, a hot season produces bad decisions in the management team. The Bon Voy program using the Expedia platform doesn't work, The Gold level is the same as Cero. More than US$1000 was paid and no points, no better service, nothing.
Great localization, nice rooms, and super breakfast, but unfortunately bad training and taking advantage with poor excuses erode all the good things.
