The property was excellent, quiet, comfortable, very clean, great location to relax at. Rooms we're quite big for Europe. The town of Maratea was close to the resort. Staff was very helpful expecially Lina and Roberto.

Si vous pouvez ,optez pour un autre choix. Ressemble à un vieux complexe de République Dominicaine ou du Mexique. Un matin nous sommes descendu trop tard il ´y avait plus de croissants et une seule machine à café pour 200 personnes. La restauration est de mauvaise qualité

We loved the view, the pool and staff were very friendly and helpful. If we had to complain it would be the daily music was too loud and the coffee was awful.

La struttura è molto bella ed offre una vista fantastica, ma qui ci fermiamo, il ristorante alla carte non è in funzione, la pizzeria non è in funzione, il ristorante a buffet non offre un servizio da Grand Hotel o da un 4 stelle, e vista l ubicazione dell Hotel diventa una costrizione per gli ospiti se non automuniti. Le camere poste al settimo piano risultano essere ben arredate e di grandi dimensioni. Il personale risulta essere sempre cortese e disponibile, una particolare menzione va al metre Sig.r Roberto ed alla receptionist Giulua M.

O Hotel é enorme está muito bem localizado. Percebe-se que está meio decadente, precisando de uma reforma/modernização. O quarto para casal com filho é bem amplo e confortável. Camas confortáveis e banho bom. A vista da varanda, do nosso quarto, era incrível! Dando para o Cristo e podendo ver o pôr do sol.

We had dinner at the Nuvole, menu a la carte. It was fantastic and we got the best service and food ever! The surroundings of the hotel and the view from there is spectacular, a must see!

Per nulla soddisfatto per la diversità di trattamento tra clienti che hanno scelto il soggiorno completo e noi che avevamo scelto solo la colazione,ghettizzati in tavolini miseri sotto un pergolato apparecchiati con tovagliette di carta e comunque data l'impossibilità di potersi muovere per visitare i dintorni liberamente ( causa strade non facili da percorrere)abbiamo comunque pranzato e cenato nella struttura .

La visuale dal Pianeta Matatea è unica e da sola merita il viaggio. Il personale è estremamente gentile, tutti, nessuno escluso. Tuttavia la struttura mostra i suoi anni e la pulizia non è eccellente in alcuni spazi.

The property is large and allows a quality inclusive experience with it's size and elevation. There is a fee to access the beach, but it was still worth the beauty and privacy. We were able to really relax at the hotel and enjoy Maratea. It's an amazing coast.

Staff at the pool were amazing, kids club staff, unreal. Restaurant staff downstairs (only one) kinda rude lacked any speed and seemed upset we even showed up. Room was fantastic, pool so great seeing you’re staying literally on top of a mountain, be ready for a crazy drive up. With an amazing view when you get there. The front desk staff varies, some amazing and kind and helpful, others when you could find them, seemed to just avoid eye contact and run away…it was strange. We lazed, dreamily by the pool and enjoyed our time. Be aware there is only 1 or 2 restaurants within walking. Both were fantastic we made it to the closest one twice as we refused to eat downstairs more than once. And it was so fantastic we had to go again. Our daughter didn’t want to leave she had such a fun time with kids club which in turn gave us a good relaxed time as well.

Excelente opción en Matarea. Un hotel moderno y cómodo. Sus habitaciones amplias y limpias con unas vistas encantadoras de las montañas y el mar desde las terrazas. La struttura è locata in un magnifico contesto sotto il Cristo Redentore e con visibilità sul mare. Dotato di navetta per mare, centro. Il servizio ed il personale sicuramente migliorabile.

in particolare solo la posizione. Per i tanti soldi che ho pagato, la colazione è stata deludente. Da un 4 stelle mi aspetto delle confetture in vetrino, mentre erano in plastica con bassissimo contenuto di frutta, la parte salata scarsa e di bassa qualità, mi sarei aspettato dei formaggi e dei salumi locali, delle verdure crude come pomodori, cetrioli ecc..Caffè imbevibile, cappuccino fatto da mani inesperte.

Nel complesso un soggiorno confortevole! La struttura è ben mantenuta piscina grande, stanza ampia e pulita. Aspetti negativi la distanza dal mare, sono circa 15 minuti di auto con curve! Altro aspetto negativo il posto è isolato non ci sono negozi o attività commerciali eccetto il ristorante il piccolo runch, dove si mangia bene! Se non si vuole prendere l'auto la navetta è a pagamento. La cucina del ristorante non è eccezionale. Spiaggia bella e dotata di tutti i servizi! Nel complesso ottima struttura per vacanze di famiglie o comitive.

Great views, great service and overall great stay.
We had a very relaxing two night stay. We enjoyed a meal the first evening at the hotel restaurant. Great service and delicious food! I mentioned it was our anniversary trip and they surprised us with a cake for dessert. Also, they are knowledgeable about gluten free requirements and provide gluten free bread upon request. The hotel provides a shuttle to their private beach(not many gluten free food options at the beach snack bar but I was able to get a salad) and also into the town upon request for a small fee. The fee was definitely worth it. The room was basic but comfortable and had a balcony with a view of the ocean. We will stay here again if we are ever able to return to this beautiful town.

Non tornerei assolutamente
Hotel abbastanza vetusto, con arredi vecchi. Bagno senza areatore e finestre, doccia in vasca da bagno, sanitari datati. Il letto matrimoniale non era un king come in descrizione ma ricavato da due materassi singoli accoppiati. La spiaggia dista oltre gli 8 chilometri e considerato che l'hotel è a 450 m. s.l.m. la strada è tortuosissima quindi per arrivarci bisogna usufruire della navetta a pagamento e della spiaggia privata a pagamento. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è per nulla buono

Ottimo hotel vicino a Maratea ed alle sue spiagge
Esperienza molto positiva, hotel ben organizzato ed attento alle normative Covid. Splendida piscina all'aperto da 25m. Buona colazione, possibilità di mangiare alla carta con qualità/prezzo discreta. Camera suite molto spaziosa e comoda per 4 persone. Letti comodi, aria condizionata regolabile a piacere. Wifi funziona bene solo nelle parti comuni. Maratea, spiagge e servizi a 15-20 minuti di macchina.

Di speciale c era poca gente, posto tranquillo, elegante, molto curato e pulito..l unica pecca andrebbe ristrutturato un po' sia esternamente che internamente, però visto l ampiezza ci vorrà un bel po'....per com'è credo che dovrebbero abbassare un po' i prezzi!

OK, not great.
Old hotel but clean. The reception is grandiose but the rooms are old and basic. Some apparati in the room are so old that they aren't even functional. Figuring out the old air conditioning controls is not obvious. Nonetheless, the room was comfortable. Periodic shuttles to a clean pebble beach was a plus. Nice breakfast. Evening food is so-so, not high quality Italian by any means. Big problem was we paid for a sea view, were not provided one and when we noticed, we were told that there were none available, meaning that our room had been allocated to someone else. A hotel that loses room reservations: not a good sign. The next day, we were moved to another room with sea view but which had less amenities (even though it was slated to be a "superior room"). Management gave us an inexpensive bottle of Asti and some old soft biscotti to compensate, which I personally found to be insulting because they probably figured that dumb tourists wouldn't know the difference. So it was disappointing to say the least.

To give the right information you have reserved a double standard room and the assigned room was standard with view on the pool and on the sea but you didn't like it, we have offered a change in a superior room with the same view but on the sixth floor (two floors up) and was one of the refurbished room. Albergo che ben rappresenta i fasti degli anni 90 della perla del Tirreno ma che ancora oggi può dire la sua tra gli alberghi di un certo spessore.Per continuare a mantenere il fregio delle 4 stelle ha bisogno di qualche ritocco sia come struttura,le stanze sono comode ma i bagni piccoli scomodi e con sanitari da rinnovare,sia in cucina,piatti non a livello del blasone,prezzi da albergo di lusso!
