Fantastiskt läge men behöver fräschas upp.
Positivt: Fantastiskt läge och trevligt rum, snyggt och modernt. Negativt: Vi hade bokat boende inkl. parkering och betalade extra för parkering i bokningen men fick betala både parkering och transfer separat (40€) till garage och transfer och inte till boendet. Det stod att frukost serverades i en separat Restaurant och frukost hade bra recensioner. Restaurangen för frukost låg tvärs över gatan och detta stod också i välkomstmailet men istället var frukosten mycket "torftig" och serverades på boendet vid receptionen. Det var stopp i handfatet och det rann vatten på golvet i badrummet. Vi fick aldrig tillfälle att säga detta till värden då han inte var där efter incheckningen.

Alojamiento perfecto: habitaciones muy bien cuidadas y restauradas con mucho gusto. Servicio perfecto, la mejor atención recibida en un tour de 10 días por Puglia&Amalfi. Finalmente encontramos a alguien que hablaba almenos inglés como dios manda. Repetiría sin dudas y recomendaría a ciegas

We stayed in one of the cave rooms for 2 nights. Loved this place.! Location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance. Also there is a rooftop patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the sunset and Matera. Francisco makes this place extra special. His enthusiasm for Matera is infectious. When we checked in, he not only gave us a map of Matera but also gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to visit. My only advise is to check your email for directions ( which Francisco will email ) on how to get to the hotel. There is a bus that will take you from the parking lot to the front of the hotel.

Francesco, the manager was delightful, helpful and very friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Not luxurious but very acceptable.

Residence molto bello, nel cuore di Matera
Abbiamo preso due camere in questo residence. Stanze molto carine, letti comodi. Il residence si trova nel cuore di Matera, però nella parte bassa della città. Noi avevamo una conferenza alle Monacelle (vicino al Duomo) e andare su e giu per i gradini della città non era l'ideale. Comunque il residence è molto carino, la colazione molto buona e il personale davvero squisito. Ci tornerei.

Perfect location in Matera. Francesco was incredibly helpful (and his English was quite good) in where to visit and when, and places to eat, and just general info for getting around.

Matera stupenda
Il residence si trova in ottima posizione x raggiungere qualsiasi punto dei Sassi. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza Luna, molto carina e ristrutturata molto bene. Bello il soppalco con il letto! Chiaramente chi ha problemi deve tener conto della scala da fare! Ottima colazione consumata presso ristorante Oi Mari. L'ultimo giorno x ferie del Ristorante ci hanno offerto di fare colazione Ai Maestri, sempre lì in zona. Devo dire colazione stupenda!! Attenzione particolare dei titolari, anche se non avevamo alloggiato presso di loro! Matera è stupenda. Torneremmo volentieri in questa struttura!

La localisation au coeur même des sassi dans le centro storico de Matera est parfaite. La courtoisie du personnel est appréciable et la voiture a été prise en charge par un employé du stationnement ce qui valait bien les 20 euros. La chambre, impeccablement propre, laisse le visiteur un peu coincé et le trajet vers le lit à l'étage exige une certaine prudence. Mais après tout, nous sommes en pays de troglodytes. L'apéro dégusté sur la terrasse en plein coeur de ce décor d'un autre âge est une expérience inoubliable.

２連泊しましたが、服を掛ける場所はあっても仕舞う場所はありません。 それがちょっと不便だった点。 大晦日に宿泊したのでスパークリングワインのサービスがありました。 フロントの人がとても親切で、何か質問がないかといろいろと気遣ってくれました。 おかげで、鉄道の不安や疑問も解決でき、スーパーの場所も教えていただけて、大助かりでした。 食事は元旦だったので９時から、翌日は８時からでしたが、早朝出発だと言うと前日に持って来てくれました。 朝食会場はパン数種類とチーズ、ハム、卵焼き、フルーツとヨーグルト、シリアルぐらいしかありませんが、このクラスならそんなものでしょう。

Good location in Matera (in Bassi, the old town)
service: really good support from staff. Helped me finding a nice spot to parking (giving me a ride). Parking: free , on the street, 10 min walk, but safe. Paid a little bit more far away (20 min walk, maybe). breakfast: excellent, in the restaurant OiMari room: a little bit small for 4 people, but since we were a family worked fine. bathroom: nice location: excellent, right in the middle of Bassi, the old town. Close buy restaurants and cafes Wifi: weak signal (room Aria) price: I bit expensive but the installations and locations are worth.

Ok. Careful regarding parking.
This is NOT a hotel. This is more of a residence given away for renting purpose. There is no front desk(physically present). I reached there around 11pm and there was no one to answer my calls inspite of me calling around few hours earlier to let them know my arrival time. I got into my room after almost 40 mins of wait. Secondly parking is a nightmare since Sassi regulations wont allow you to park your car overnight. So you need to park on the streets above and walk downstairs (good luck if you have luggage!). I wish the hotel warned me about these things. The hotel link says free parking, but doesnt warn about these details. The condition of the room was ok. The only good point about this hotel was the location.

ナポリのホテルに大きな荷物を置いたまま、１泊用の小さいバッグだけ持ち、バスでマテーラ入りしました。 到着したバス停にはタクシーは見当たらず、電車の駅も近いがほとんど来ず、定期バスはどこへ行くかわからず、10分ほど歩いたあたりでタクシーを見つけ乗せてもらい、８ユーロでホテル前まで到着。翌日の送りも即予約しました。 タクシーでなければホテルをなかなか見つけられなかったと思います。 ホテル自体はサッシを改造し、大変素晴らしい設備でした。散策するにも便利な場所です。スタッフもとても親切、英語が上手です。また行きたいです。

Great location
The staff was very accommodating, we arrived at 2pm and check in time said 4pm but we were able to check in early with no problem or any additional fees. My kids were amazed by our room, the "Aqcua room" it used to be a holding place for water back in the day. We were only there for a day and half but it was great. Breakfast was right across the street in the family owned restaurant. The hotel is located in the main street in Sassi, everything is at a walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable Stay in Matera
The hotel has a nice location, it is situated down in the middle of Sassi, within walking distance of everything. The room was a good size. The bathroom was clean and had modern fixtures. The Air Conditioner only seemed to blow warm air, the room gets quite warm without it. Breakfast was served across the street in the restaurant run by the same owners. It wasn't particularly exciting but it did the job. There was a small selection of pastries, juice, whole fruit and coffee.

洞窟住居を改装したおしゃれで快適なホテルでした。マテーラの洞窟住居地区の中にあるため、街の雰囲気を存分に楽しめました。私達の部屋はロフトになっており、ロフト部にベッドがあり、その下には小さなリビングとキッチンがありました。部屋の屋上には共有のテラスもあります。チェックインの時にスタッフの方が洞窟住居地区の地図をくれて、丁寧に説明してくれました。

location meravigliosa nel cuore di Matera
Siamo stati molto bene, la nostra suite non mancava di nulla, biancheria perfetta, caffè con la moka e tisane. Situata nel Sasso Barisano, proprio sotto il Duomo di Matera, parcheggio con difficoltà a 300 metri, ma è comprensibile in un centro storico unico nel suo genere.

很特別的地下洞穴住宿經驗
是個很特別的地下洞穴住宿經驗 就在 老闆很是親切 服務很好 有自已的餐廳 提供不錯的料理 雖然離車站有一小段路 可是有機會的話很值得去體驗一下 不過因為地下的關係wifi訊號沒很好就是了

綺麗なホテル
マテーラを観光するのにちょうどいい場所にある。室内はリノベーションからさほど時間が経過していないのか、紹介写真の通りで、モダンで清潔だった。アメニティは日本のホテル並みに揃っており、スリッパ、歯ブラシもあった。朝食は間近のレストランでとるが、実はそのレストランがホテルも経営しているということ。パンはクロワッサン等も美味しかったが、焼いたパンにトマト、ルッコラを乗せたものがあった。ハム2種、シリアル、果物、ケーキ3種など結構充実した内容だった。夕食もそのレストランで採ったが、味も良く、洞窟内で食事するようなレストランの雰囲気もまた良かった。

Great place to stay! -in the heart of the city of sassi materra. 10 euro to cab there from the train station but only 15-20 min walk (a bit difficult to get to if you have luggage cause of the many steps) we walked there and decided to cab when we left -hotel staff we're very friendly and pleasant! -breakfast is included and is just across the street at a family resturant (very nice staff) -very clean room (has the shampoo, slippers etc) - strong wifi - good a/c - materra is pretty small town so staying anywhere is prob convient to get around Only cons- when booking the room through hotel.com the operator did not seem to know which room is included in the different bookings. We wanted a room that looked more cave like since that is what materra is known for. That was a bit disappointing. The one they told us from the picture on the website was incorrect but we're not picky so we didnt mind too much. There is no blankets in the room! It's only two thin sheets. And there is no concerige to contact so we dealt with sleeping with sheets. -check in is at the resturant across the street. We we're not made aware. If the other guests there did not let us know we would Have been waiting for a long time. Other then that had a good experience. I would recommend staying here.

Great location to sites etc, staff very helpful, newly renovated apartment in a cave like setting with roof top terrace. Quiet location with free parking nearby. Lots of great restaurants within 5 min walk, would def stay again

Very nice BnB
This BnB is built in very old buildings. The room we stayed in was actually an old water cistern that had been converted into a room. It was very neat. It is right in the middle of the Sassi neighborhood, which is the oldest part of town, and also very cool. It is convenient for walking around and seeing all the historical parts of town.

Semplicemente favoloso, il residence è situato in una posizione perfetta e di certo non è mancata l'accoglienza e la gentilezza di Luca e Sandra. La loocatione è collegata al ristorante pizzeria Oi Marì dove si consuma una buona e genuina colazione. Al ristorante potete gustare anche un'ottima pizza. Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone e le nostre due figlie si sono davvero dievertite in un contesto davvero unico; abbiamo alloggiato nella camera "LUNA" posizionata nell'area del sasso Barisano e la stanza è inserita in un contesto unico e particolare all'interno dei sassi. Posizione perfetta per visitare tutta l'area. Consigliamo, per cogliere il meglio della storia affascinante di Matera, una visita guidata per i sassi caveosi (alloggiando al residence San Giovanni Vecchio avrete degli sconti e i ragazzi non pagano). La posizione è davvero strategica e comoda per visitare anche il centro. Consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Ho regalato il soggiorno a Matera al mio compagno ma grazie alla magia del "pozzo" è stato una scoperta meravigliosa anche x me... la suite acqua è suggestiva e la colazione servita al ristorante convenzionato a meno di 10 passi dal l'alloggio molto ricca e varia. Consiglierei a tutti questo sasso riadattato con eleganza e cura.

Nytt hotell sentralt Matera. Veldig god frokost. Hotellet ligger ikke i adressen som oppgitt på nettsiden til hotels.com men i Via Florentini. Veldig bra restaurant og utrolig bra betjening.

De residence was meer een vernuftig gebouwencomplexje verweven met de sassi. Elke kamer had zijn eigen ingang vanuit een steegje. Wij ervoeren het verblijf als heel apart met een 4 sterren allure. Ook het ontbijt in het restaurant tegenover was heerlijk. Aangezien we niet van een zoet ontbijt houden waren we blij met een heerlijk gewoon croissantje of broodje met ruime keuze aan beleg. Let op met parkeren bij de accommodatie: Wij hadden een bon!!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo residence e nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera deluxe ci è stato concesso un upgrading gratuito in una suite, più precisamente la Suite Fuoco. La camera è molto carina e funzionale..non le manca nulla! Proprio di fronte alle camere c'è il ristorante dove si consuma la prima colazione..ricca e abbondante! Il personale è veramente gentilissimo ed è subito pronto a soddisfare ogni piccola necessità. Il punto di forza è anche la posizione..nel centro della zona vecchia dei Sassi e comodamente raggiungibile in auto (è zona ZTL ma forse perché "fuori stagione" si poteva comunque circolare liberamente perché aperta!). L'auto l'abbiamo parcheggiata a pochi metri dalla stanza. Mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente. Wifi gratuito e veloce presente nelle stanze.
