건축한지 오래된 호텔로 생각됩니다. 이용하였던 방과 화장실은 작고 낡았으나, 직원들은 매우 친절하였음.

The handle on the window in my room was missing so couldn't close it. Apart from the cold there was scaffolding directly outside so anyone could have climbed up during the night and got in. Reported this to reception but nothing was done about it. This hotel is certainly not safe

Overall a disappointing stay. The room was lacking basic things such as a hand towel or bath mat and I ran out of toilet roll. The wallpaper was peeling. There were bits of confetti on the floor from a previous stay. The hotel is next to a main road so got alot of road noise through the window. The hairdryer smelt like it was burning out when I used it. I didn't even bother with breakfast the second morning. It was cheaper than other hotels, so I guess you get what you pay for. Sorry I won't be coming back.

The room was dusty .the bath had a whole where the waste is .taps on sink full of lime scale .the iron was old not a steam iron to put water in and burnt .no heating on in the hotel .so many people complained that put it on the next night .

Felt more like a budget hotel then 4 start
Room was very basic with old tv. Cobwebs on the ceiling so need bit of a clean and paintwork was coming off in small areas of the room and bathroom. Restaurant was ok but didn’t enjoy the food. Overall staff where very helpful and breakfast was nice.

All staff were very friendly and went out of their way yo ensure everything was ok. Electrics leave a lit to be desired. Swimming pool lught came out and floated to the surface whilst we were in the pool, obviously a reoccurring issue as pool attendant switched it off, put it back in the wall and switched it back on. Rooms look tired with paint coming off the walls and the ceiling especially in the shower. Overall quite clean as ling as you didnt move any furniture - like a chair then completely missed.

Hotel is in a good location and easy access to Basingstoke. The room was very tired with wall paper coming off. Sofa bed not comfortable to sleep on. Food was ok and service was good. Overall a nice stay but needs some updating

It was pleasant enough but were disappointed with the steam room as it was not operational for both days of our stay and my wife can’t stand the sauna. The double bed was too small - thought we were getting the deluxe room.

Stuff was super friendly and amazing. But photo of amazing room on internet and reality was completely bad. So disappointed, I don’t see how this is 4*hotel. Also pool ( ladies shower) absolutely disgusting!

Great location, close to Basingstoke center and not too far from Legoland. Great facilities including a pool. Breakfast staff were very helpful but were obviously overstretched which affected service but they did the best they could with what they had. We've stayed here few times now and will definitely return.

Perfect for a business trip.
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Was great to use the pool. The restaurant was very busy, and none of the staff seemed to know where any of the meals were going, but perhaps they had a new table numbering system.

Awful
We had a terrible experience; could even say this was the worst accommodation we’ve stayed at. The hotel was filthy dirty from the carpets and windows to the hair dryer and shower head - quite literally everywhere and everything. I’ve written a complaint with no reply from the hotel. Outrageous service too.

Got there and my room was not ready yet they gave me the card to access the room. Then waited over 2 hours for house keeping to come in and clean it so I could get ready. Delayed my evening wouldn’t stay again

Good stay overall
Experience overall is good. Road noise at night not so good. Need better sound proofing. Would like bigger TV. I have stayed here before as prices are generally good compared with surrounding areas. I will use again

It was a family birthday checked in we had three rooms and my daughter who’s birthday it was walked into a dirty room that was not ready bed not made dirty bathroom it was how the previous people left it.we checked in at three and after several conversations with reception to be told they were struggling to get hold of house keeping it was 1730 we spent 2 hrs 30min stressed out and this spoilt her birthday that we had planned not even an apology or a complimentary drink it was disappointing.

Staff were completely disinterested in providing a service, we were spoken to rudely, lied to and requests completely ignored. Younger staff members had been thrown in the deep end with apparently no training, Every customer we spoke to had a similar experience!!

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, and individual serving cutlery on each table so as not to mix. There were santizer stations around the ground floor of the hotel, but, often some were empty. Swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi on site but had to book slot with 3rd part. Be aware swimming lessons on a Sunday made pool even smaller.

Hotel was ok, room eas pretty bad though. The amount of hairs i found on the carpet was horrendous. My window barely shut and as for tbe soundproof room it advertised....absolutely not. I barely slept all wk as you can hear everything thats going on either side and above/below you. Kids shouting running up and down corridor every day only added to my bad stay. Never again

The locations was near to where I needed to go. Check in was slow. There was no queue. I waited for 15mins at the check-in and there were no staff. The bin in the toilet was not cleaned out. I could see all the sensitive information the previous tenant left in there.

Nice hotel, clean but the room was a little dated. Right by a busy main road so it was very noisy. Great menu selection and the food was very nice. Friendly reception staff, the pool is nice. Would stay here again, but ask for a room not facing the road.

Arrived about an hour before check-in. Room not available. Bar and restaurant closed- despite being 'busy' the bar wasn't opening until 5pm. I left went elsewhere for lunch.. cam back at 3.45pm,.. room still not ready. Told to wait. Room available 10mins later--- BUT-- the wrong roo. Booked and paid for a Executive Double.. larger room with space to work,.. but given a Standard Double. Room- Window was broken and wouldn't open, no towels, and tiles in bathroom cracked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you enjoy being disappointed.
