L'appart hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Les chambres sont très grandes. Nous avons été bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée et avons pu avoir la chambre en avance par rapport à l'horaire indiquée

Un accueil au top : les salariés sont très sympathiques ! Un emplacement au top : proche de petits commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, traiteur, supérette…), à quelques minutes (à pied) de la grande plage et du centre-ville. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appart’ hôtel !

Good big rooms and clean. Spa only available once during the stay and you have to prebook. The view of the balcony was just a white wall unfortunately. Carrefour right away the corner , not far from the grande Plage. Very nice staff

Brilliant location and 5min. walk to the beach.
We had a great week in Biarritz. 5min. walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. The apartment and building is weel looked after. Nice pool area and possibility to read/relax at the pool area as well. We had a brilliant afternoon in the spa/wellness area as well - included in the stay. We were 3 people in a 6 people apartment. I would recommend max. 4 in such a apartment, to make it good for everyone. I am Looking forward to going back there.

Odd reception hours
The staying and the rooms were great. But the reception hours not good= open mornings until 12 and afternoons after 5 pm. I arrived early afternoon after a train ride from Paris. The door was locked. I got a code to enter the hallway, but I did not know how to use it. Some other people staying there let me into the reception area.There was no info about a restroom. The reception opened exactly at 5pm .

Great place to stay!
Great location for a family break! The pool was lovely and warm, accommodation exactly what we needed. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Biarritz is beautiful but also don’t miss St Jean de Luz and San Sebastián across the border into Spain

The room was so tiny you could not open the door to the apartment all the way, it hit the small entertainment center. Same with the bedroom door, it got the bed, and to slide in next to the bed (too small to walk) you have to close the door. We had to push the dining room table against the wall in order to have space to sit. An apartment for 6 only had room for suitcases if you put them in the tiny kitchen. We were asked to inventory the entire contents of the kitchen or be charged for missing items. We were then told we had to remove any trash from the space and wash the dishes, though no dish/dishwashing detergent or sponge was provided. This property was a joke and I would not return. Prior to this my family and I had traveled through Portugal and Spain and had great experiences

Très bon séjour entre amis aux patios d’Eugénie, les appartements sont spacieux et bien équipés, la résidence est très bien située et très sympa d’avoir accès à la partie spa ! Le personnel est très sympathique. Je recommande !

Nous sommes venus au dernier confinement. L’hôtel n’a pas voulu déplacer nos nuits. Tout étant fermés à l’extérieur, nous comptions profiter du spa… mais on nous a dit: fermé pour covid… ça aurait bien de le préciser sur le site. Attention demandez à avoir une vue correct à la réservation sinon vous serez dans une chambre avec le balcon qui est face à un grand mur… Les +: bien situé

Très belle résidence
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé , nous étions très bien logés dans un beau duplex et la situation de la résidence était idéale. Nous avons apprécié Confort et propreté, et très bien accueillis par les hôtesses .

Rien à signaler sur la propreté ni sur l etablissement. Il manque simplement une porte pour la chambre avec les lits superposés
