외부에서 보이에는 정말 좋아보였어요. 그런데 막상 안에 들어가 보니 창문틀은 깨져서 벌레들이 들어오고 바닥에는 개미들이 정말 많았어요. 주방에는 냉장고는 냉기라고는 찾아볼수 없을정도. 또 식기는 녹이슬어 있고 그릇들은 깨끗하고 씻어놓아져 있지도 않고 전기보트에는 물이 가득들어 있어서 정말 불쾌했어요. 또 다시 정말 가기싫은 리조트 였어요.

휴식을 취하기엔 정말좋은 곳
비록 시내와는 멀리 떨어져있지만 휴식을 취하기에는 안성맞춤이였던 리조트였던것 같습니다. 앞에는 바다와 리조트안에있는 설비들은 제가 있던 2박 3일동안 좋은 추억을 주었습니다. 호텔룸도 정말 만족스러웠고 커튼을 열었을때의 뷰도 멋졌습니다.

전체적으로 동선이 길고 주변환경과 시설이 빈약해 불편한 리조트.
Early 체크인을 할 수가 없어서 아쉬웠고, Lobby와 객실에서 Wifi가 느려서 불편함. 리조트 주변에 식당이 하나밖에 없어서 식사할 수 있는 음식종류가 한정되어 있음.

바로 옆이 뚜리비치인데 모든 면에서 월등히 좋네요. 바로 옆에 나인홀짜리 골프장이 있는데 가지마시고 팜스프링으로 가셔서 골프치세요.

대체적으로 깨끗한 리조트입니다. 단 객실내부에 벌레가 조금 있고 조식때 파리가 많이 있다는게 조금 아쉽네요. 여객터미널까지 직원들이 픽업나와 편하게 왕래할수 있어서 좋습니다.

바탐 리조트 묵으시면 대부분 바다에서 수영은 안하시고 리조트 수영장 이용하시는것 같아요. 아쉬운 거는 바다가 방파제에 둘러 있어서 바다 느낌은 안납니다. 그러면 바루 옆 뚜리비치로 이동하세요. 파도치는 바다가 나오고 해양스포츠 이용하실수 있습니다. 저희도 24시간 이용가능한 수영장 이용했는데 단지 언제 물을 가는지가 궁금했습니다 ㅎ 평가하자면 저희는 기분좋게 이동했습니다. 깨끗한 화이트톤이 군더더기 없이 깨끗합니다 바다뷰로 한 거 정말 잘한거 같습니다. 운좋게 1층에 배정받아서 바로 바다로 나갈수 있습니다 충전기 아답터도 대부분 구비하고 있고 와이파이도 되어서 핸드폰 들고가셔도 문제 없습니다^^ 리조트가 워낙 넓어 구경하는것도 잼있습니다

Beautiful Marina Bay
Beautiful resort stay by the marina. Had to travel further into the marina to the resort. Resort is a little run down.. can be better if it is more well maintained. Towels have stains. Hot water heater not working. Checked in at 6pm and room seems to be not ready.. waited for awhile before we were brought to our room. Air con in the room was not cool, thought maybe needed more time to get cooler but it was still warm.. hotel staff took 1hour then manage to rectify and helped us changed our room at midnight. Food was so-so. Overall a little pricey for what it’s worth.. still a good experience. Beautiful view by the marina.

It was a nice resort. Except it was raining all day for both days. Room was good with sea view. The TV was a little "difficult" TV controls was not friendly, I could not control the volume. Cafe menu was a little limited.

Fake photos of actual property. Rooms were dirty and lacked basic amenities like hand towels, bath soaps. Bathrooms were Very dirty. Closets were not cleaned, had empty shoe boxes. When complaint to front desk about deceiving photos, manager acknowledged that photo are not actual representation of state of current condition and didn’t apologized. I feel like property cheated us. Expedia should blacklist this property.

Good: great setting, good design of lobby & restaurant, great sea breeze at all times, transportation reliable and professional, nice pool, friendly & helpful staff Room for improvement: chalet rooms a bit old, all rooms need some paint and touch-up work, all closets quite dusty/dirty on arrival, not enough trash bins or bathroom floor mats, not enough hot water in showers, bathroom floors get very wet after showering/bathing, restaurant food quality/variety okay but food not kept very hot in warmers, fruit juices too watery, toaster not working well (and staff couldn’t fix problem), lots of oil from ships on beaches and rocks. Overall, resort looks great online, but in actuality, is somewhat rundown and not well-maintained, definitely NOT a four-star resort, I expected much better for the price I paid (over $800 SGD for four nights).

Overall the service of staff is good, condition of hotel room is alright and food is nice. But will be even better if improvement can be make for the below points: Will be good to look at the aircon system and the small kerb outside the hotel room (risk of tripping if did not notice it) Suggest to allow guest to order from ala crate menu even if there is a buffet lunch plan for that day. Suggest to have organise the check in and check out process. Guest are standing around the reception waiting and not knowing who is next in the line.

Pillows are dirty with stains and not maintained. No hair dryer although pay 400 over Sgd for a nite at 3 prrom chalet. Have to wait 1 to 2 hours before you are served dinner at their restaurant. Service is too slow. Breakfast is supposed to be served from 7 to 10 but before even 9am some items are already not available. Not a must come place. Disappointing for the price paid.

Environment was superb.Its a fun place for kids.Most of the sports were in Turi Beach as they are nearby.I booked a 3 room chalet n only thing we need to get transportation to n fro the main lobby.Morning breakfast was normal, variety can be more but taste was good.Not a new resort but ok.

Overall it was not unpleasant. However, the bedding and pillows have an overpowering perfume freshener. It reeked and was nauseating...couldn't sleep! Had to cover the pillows with towels to mask the smell.

Absolutely gorgeous location. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant good. However apartment desperately in need of upgrading. Also needed deep clean, particularly kitchen and bathrooms.

shower head too low, bathtub too small. Pool was not so clean at that time. a lot of fallen leaves were floating. Overall the service was great because staffs did a great job they were able to hear out all our request, i salute them for a job well done.

We understand you had serious inconvenience with the key card, which was not working properly, and the distance from your room to the lobby made the situation even worst. We deeply apologize if this unfortunate experience result to give you such hard feeling. In fact, we would always do our best to take care of our guest and to provide the highest quality of service but in this specific case there was a technical issue (IT) which could not been solved so easily. We are looking forward to welcoming you at our Resort and we wish you a wonderful day ahead.
