Needed a mow around the pool area but otherwise, nice. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great.

I do apologize about the Mowing that is needed. Our mower is broke down at the moment. We are trying to find parts to fix it. I am pleased to hear our staff was great and breakfast was too.

The front desk clerk was extremely nice & very pleasant. The carpet had a lot of dark stains all over it. It did have a fresh coat of paint.

From check in to check out, the staff were not engaging, and dismissive. The building has major cosmetic and structural issues. My recommendations: Take the Ramada name off of the building. It is an embarrassment. Fire the “Staff”, take down the building, and start over. Ramada upper management need to spend a night here. We travel with our service dog in training from time to time. I wouldn’t let him stay here!!

Claims to have breakfast - stale bagels, white bread and peanut butter do not qualify as breakfast. Funky, uncomfortable pillows, paint coming off the bathtub - not a pleasant experience at all. Staff was ok - though I would understand why no one would want to work there.

No remote for the tv. Took maintenance 45 mins to program another remote. The maintenance man smelled awful, stunk my whole room up. Toilet did not flush properly. Lots of noise from a nearby parking lot all night

The tub did not drain well. The coffee maker did not work. The last night we were there our room flooded and they moved us to a room where the bed was very uncomfortable.

Happy Stay
The facility is a little outdated and can use an upgrade and some needed repairs but was expected at the low rates charged. What was not expected was the quality of the continental breakfast ...most choices were covered ... oatmeal !, bisquits & gravy !, eggs & sausage !, cold cereal !, great waffles ! all drinks ! Check-in was a little confusing because of my addition of a day to an existing reservation but it got straightened out just fine.

1 star not a great experience
Not great. Room was initially pretty clean, but that’s about it. Low water pressure. Area is very run down. Pool looked awful. Room service rude.

I do apologize. But we do Not offer Room Service. We are working on the pool area for the winter time to get a covering for it. With the water pressure issue, we could have moved you to another room and let you see if the water pressure in that room met your specifications.

Wyndham should not have their name on this property. Carpets stained, walls need to be painted, there are more bad things than good. Cannot recommend this property to anyone.

The carpet was damp like they just shampooed it. Room smelled and looked very clean. There was no phone in the room. Outside sign was broken. There were VERY few guests staying there. It was Labor Day weekend and the pool had been drained and filled only to half way.

Thank you for your review. Our sign has been damaged by a storm we had a month or so ago. It takes a bit to get a new one ordered and made to put up. I do apologize about the pool. It had just been fixed and refilled to see if the fix was gonna hold. Again I do apologize for the issues you faced.

Staff were nice and polite. Room smelled, dirty stained carpet. Room seemed rundown, out of date, broke walls, nails exposed. Carpet seemed damp throughout entire stay. We booked this hotel because it had a pool, however there was no water in pool, so it was unuseable. I will not book at this hotel again or recommend to others due to the room condition. There were two nearby hotels that costs comparable and will book there instead.

There was bird crap on the TV stand, all the tables was dirty. The bedding was dirty. And a brown recluse spider was in the sink. It stunk in the whole building. A course we did not stay. Also there was a night club attached to the building. The pictures provided on the website is not what this place looks like. Absolutely awful!!!

I like that the property was easy to get in and out. I did not like that the doors were outside. The property was quiet. We were there attending a basketball tournament, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The coffee was real tasty and the breakfast snacks were good..

Television broken, phones don’t work, beds hard as a rock, teeny pillows, dirty grounds, cigarette butts everywhere and bathrooms need updating, breakfast not good. The only thing good was the staff.
