False advertisement of booking room itself was dirty had to "re clean " poor water pressure and temperature. Room door battery was dead seems no one knew how to fix it spent whole trip having mantnince " open the door . Everytime i asked for fesh towles seems like i aggravated them by asking no microwave or mini fridge. Not worth the booking this is OYO hotel not Travelodge.

Room was clean tv didn’t work but they came within six minutes and reset it and we had no more problems. Our stay was very enjoyable.

A 10 day nightmare.
I didn’t get a Key to my room because the system was broken & they lied & said we would get keys the next day but never did Every time I needed to get in my room I had to call front desk for someone to Open it my Stay was 10days couldn’t take anymore so I went to the LaQuinta Inn very much better they even serve breakfast and Travel lodge didn’t.

The room was not secured with a locking door. Front window broken through in five places, refrigerator leaking on floor, smoke detector non functioning, garbage and old furniture outside on lawn, trim around door held in place with duct tape. Then they required a damage deposit which they charged in lieu of hold for one week after check out and dais it would take three days to check the room. We voiced our concern that anyone could break in and do damage in those three days. "That is our policy" NEVER WILL STAY AT A WYNDAM AGAIN BRAND NAME MEANS NOTHING

Avoid this place at all costs.
Worst stay ever! No soap. Had to ask for towels. Not even a room key. Had to wait for someone to let me in the room. Unbelievable. Never seen anything like it! Noise! Too much to go into!

Booked room days in advance, paid up front, arrived onsite and was told “no rooms available”. Used public restroom, not one roll of toilet paper in a single stall, heard another guest State “someone was already in the room they was just given to her” another guest stating “they requested clean towel and couldn’t get any”. Needless to say I was able to get a refund w/o penalty and THANK GOD!

This was easily the worst stay of my life. I didn’t even end up staying there, I got up and left after 45 mins there. The room was gross, curtains had either blood or ketchup on them, and some men came to my door and knocked after 11:30pm, saying they were there to fix my lock. I immediately packed and left. I tried to go to front desk at midnight but there were so many cars in the circle driveway I couldn’t even get in to park. Female traveling solo, I wasn’t going to park and walk across the property in the dark, so I tried calling to tell them I wanted a refund. THey would pick up the phone and hang up…2X!! Never a travelodge or a OYO whatever they are again!!! If I could rate this lower than a 1 star I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Terrible hotel. Wouldn’t recommend!
It was really bad. When we arrived the lady at the front desk moved slow. We didn’t get the room we booked originally.We originally booked the room with a just one king bed and she gave us a room with 2 queen beds. Nothing looked how it did on the website. We had problems with the first room key and that room was dirty. The next room we ended up in was really dirty. There were roaches pretty much everywhere. The curtains had burn marks on them. The paint was falling off of the ceiling. The microwave didn’t work. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. There were holes in the sheets that looked like it came from a cigarette or something. The people around the hotel or in the other rooms were just outrageous. Everything about this stay was just terrible.

Do yourself a favor… stay somewhere else.
This hotel is owned/operated by OYO. Had I known that, i most definitely would not have booked. This company stole from me once before. I booked last year and when I arrived to check in, i was told no rooms were available, due to them not being clean. When i asked for a refund, they told me i needed to get it through Hotels.com. Well, Hotels.com did not refund my money because the hotel told them i never checked in. As far as this stay is concerned, when i arrived, i was told i needed to pay a 60 dollar mandatory deposit (if paying with cash) and 50.00 on a debit or cc (Hotel.com states the deposit is 25 per night) I only booked for one night. That’s 2 bookings, once lied on and stolen from, another lied to, about the amount of the deposit. There will not be a 3rd time. My only hope is that you are reading this before you book with them.

The staff was great very friendly from the few encounters i had with them But property is seriously lacking on amenities you can see where there used to be minifridge in the room they are all gone but the dust outline remained no microwave in room had to pass my pizza under the glass at front desk so clerk could microwave for me no ice anywhere on property no snack or drink machines no breakfast which the website and expedia both say free breakfast but there is a bar and when you are checking in they have a sign on vounter saying free drink at bar for new guest at check in buuuuuut the bar is closed So again NO drinks or NO ice or NO snacks REALLY THERE ISNT MUCH OTHER THAN A MEDIOCRE MATTRESS AND FOUR WALLS

This was very disappointing lodging location it was very cheap and bed was very uncomfortable only thing that was sufficient was the a/c worked great. Only power outlet to plug stuff into near the bed was tied to the main light switch in the room so only worked with light on to charge my mobile device. If you are on a seriously tight budget I would say that’s the only way I would recommend staying here for anyone.

The staff took an hour to find me a room. The room they selected had no towels, no soap, no TV, no phone, one working outlet. Every time I told them about these things they would tell me I was wrong. Finally, the GM came to my room and fixed the TV and Internet. Later, I received towels and soap. A black male screamed for over an hour outside my door. I feared I would be killed if I opened the door. The next day a black female was screaming non-stop from 7AM till I left. There were all kinds of insects in my room. The toilet never stopped flushing.
