We are in the process of adding another tv provider as the cable company in St. Francisville closed without notice. We do advise all guest at check in of this issue as St. Francisville has this issue. The brown water is due to our water turned off at times as the plumber is working on the lines but know it does clear up with running. We are sorry for any issues they might of causes but know we are working daily to fix every issue.

Loretta,I was actually at the desk when you checked in, and as you stated you were "more than happy to pay whatever you had to pay for your animals to be able to stay in the room with you", due to your Air BNB canceling at 9:00am that morning, we allowed you all to have your dogs in a non-pet friendly room to accommodate you, I do apologize that you experienced the things you did, but we did not hear anything during your two night stay regarding any of these issues, had you contacted us at the desk we could have moved you to another room.

Mr. Suik,Thank you for sharing your feedback, but I just so happen to walk up to the desk right after you left and went to both rooms 207 (your first room) and 110 there was absolutely nothing wrong with either room, other than the fact that you all pulled the sheets and blankets back on both beds in both rooms, I even had the desk clerks go and look at the rooms to verify that they were not dirty, but beds were used in both rooms.

Upon looking up your reservation, there are notes made that the front desk was not allowed to offer to move you to another room, which we definitely could have accommodated you with, there was in fact an event happening in the meeting room that night that is more than likely why there were people outside in the parking lot, the local police department was present to control any loud noise.
