Very dirty facility. Elevator was nasty. Our first room was so bad we almost left. With or without a refund. Fortunately, the moved us into a better room. We only stayed one night.

I ordered the room through Expedia and they demanded an additional $100 for a deposit and said we would get it back in three days. I never got my deposit back. The rooms were moldy and dirty everything touchable had stains. The bathroom had blood in the tub . I thought if we ordered online it was bought but they stole my money still and lied about it

The room was okay. Room keys took several tries to open the room door and the outside entry key swipe didn't work at all, causing people to put rocks or sticks in the door jam to keep it from closing. This made me nervous about my safety being only a few rooms down from the outside door on the first floor. The breakfast attendant was pretty much useless. She had to be told that there was no syrup for the waffles, that she needed to make more coffee and she brought cold sausages out to put into a slow cooker and then never even turned it on. The eggs ran out early and were never replaced, the juice machine didn't work. When she did make coffee, she didn't line up the hole on the pot to where the coffee was coming out of and most of it ended up on the floor before it was noticed. Awful. La Quinta has certainly gone downhill in the past decade or so. They used to be a quality place to stay.

Unpleasant experience.
I had to switch rooms 3x. First room (207) the remote controls issued didn't work for tv. 2nd room(205) I discovered that the door didn't lock and anyone could've walked in without a key. 3rd room (229) the air condition didn't work.

The room was so dirty when I walked in I took a rag and started wiping the table between the beds down full of food absolutely NO EFFORT in the cleaning the hallways everything looked like hadnt been cleaned or vacuum in forever which I dont understand I saw employment sitting on sofa when I walked in and out so they really must not care and the breakfast time they had 2 men behind the desk and another maid on sofa and everything look like just was throw out literally NO EFFORT at all I was surprised

Never stayed at a hotel in such bad shape. Huge roaches. Filthy toilet seat. Not good AT ALL. We walked in the room and walked out. They should be shut 👎 down.

We stayed at this property in 2019, it was ok then. This trip was a horrible experience, it’s dirty, it stinks, very little hot water if any, AC did not work. The breakfast was lacking so much, ran out of coffee at prime breakfast time, 7:30 am, one coffee pot for the entire hotel. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone. They did a face lift on the exterior but the inside is horrendous. Avoid this place especially at $150 a night!!

The hotel was misleading it’s not up to date, my toilet seat was not secure the shower head was not sealed properly. The staff was nice I just would like for them to update the hotel.

Not a good stay.
I found the place dirty, saw a couple of cockroaches, and waited two days for the television to get connected to no avail. The breakfast was all cold, the sausage were put into a crockpot, but were cold, no decaf coffee and cream. Very disappointing.

Booked a one night stay at this facility after a long drive … upon entering the first thing I did was laid across the bed to rest .. when I got up and started going through the room there was trash in the drawers empty drink bottles under the recliner chair.. reported this to the front desk and asked for a refund, he said that I had to speak to the third party agency that booked the reservation and we can discuss a partial refund. When Expedia called the front desk told them I was in the room for 2 hrs and came to the front desk and just said I wanted to check out ! The place is horribly kept and smells like stale feet! If I can give my rating it would definitely be a -10/10

The hotel hallway was very dirty with stains on the walls and carpet. Our room smelled of smoke and mold and had stains on the carpet, curtains, and valance. The tub in the shower was cracked and the toilet was dripping in the tank and had to keep the door to the bathroom shut. TV was cracked and the bottles of shampoo and body lotion were less than half full. I normally don’t leave reviews but after paying a premium for a college football weekend, it was quite disappointing.

Horrible service and perfume smell
Check in at 3pm, arrived at 3pm. No one working the front desk, waited over 10 minutes before someone finally showed up. Rang the bell on the desk several times and called the hotel ms direct number to no avail. Hotel is starting to get run down. Horrible strong fake floral smell hits you when you enter the lobby. Only stayed one night, not what i expected from a LaQuina!

Overpriced and dingy
Room was dingy and in poor condition. A/c was super noisy. Toilet ran water and bath had mold on caulking. Room looked out over the roof which was strewn with torn awning, plastic and what appeared to be broken condenser. Room was way over priced due to college football game. Had to ask receptionist both mornings to make please coffee.

Not at all pleasant
The room was not clean, the bathroom floor sticky and not clean, the sheets were covered with black spots and the property itself was worn and banged up. Also the location did little to engender a feeling of safety. We were too tired to seek another place. Left as fast as we could in the morning.

Stay somewhere else
Really gross and dated hotel. Choose another one. Old towel left in shower from previous person, clear issues with ceiling with large stains and bubbles, gross bathroom with spray or fluid sprays on the wall behind the toilet, smelled gross…just no.

Do not stay here. A terrible place for the amount I paid for this room. The tub was disgusting. The floor next to the tub was about rotted out. It was just flat out a bad hotel and disgusting. Needs SIGNIFICANT improvements.
