I appreciated the last minute booking and getting me the best rate using my phone app. I would recommend more hooks and towel racks in the bathroom and in the room so you can hang clothes. Overall it was a great stay!

Wasn't afforded the option by management to waive non refund after I booked the wrong date. But I made the best of it, attended a concert, and slept here to avoid the long drive home.

The rooms are tiny but comfortable. The carpet in the room was dirty and even after they cleaned the room, it didn’t look like they vacuumed. We also had a lamp with a short that the cord would shock you. We told the front desk and nothing was done about it.

Location was convenient, price was right, bed was very comfortable, room was nicely appointed & breakfast was generous & tasty. We enjoyed our stay. Compliments to the staff. The only issue... the shower floor was very slippery when wet.

My daughter killed a roach on the wall. Smelled marijuana down the hallways and a lot of doors slamming throughout the night.

Terrible experience. Air conditioning was not working. Maintenance took 3 hours to check it out. Maintenance guy said he will start working on it and he didn’t, he started working on something else. That pissed me off so I Got a new room. Sheets weren’t changed, they were stained from the previous customers that stayed in the room. Shower wasn’t cleaned, there was hairs.

My wife and I discovered a red blood like spot on our sheets and after many attempts to get a hold of the manager we never got any communication about this safety issue. The housekeeping staff was very unprofessional and should be more vigilant of potential safety hazards.

Comfortable hotel but hard to find
Nice enough room, clean and comfortable. But we had a lot of trouble finding the place. It is down a long service road, that has several hotels/motels on it, and then curves around behind them. We thought we had reached the road's end at another motel, and assumed our GPS had led us astray. After wandering around in the dark and rain, we called the hotel. The young woman didn't seem to know the landmarks in her own town when we described where we were (turns out we were just a couple of blocks away). Finally after we persisted with multiple questions, we got enough info from her to realize we had been on the correct road, but needed to keep following it past the other motel. To her credit, the young woman did apologize, when we got there, for not being better at giving directions. But I would think a hotel that is down a service road with no signs anywhere on the main road should make a point of training its desk personnel in how to help lost tavelers find them. And maybe invest in a big sign on the main road pointing folks in the right direction. Without GPS, we would have had no shot of finding the place.

Sleepless at the Sleep Inn
Besides having to try and sleep in a room that had been smoked in, our vehicle was vandalized. First of all, the staff was very nice. After checking in, we walked into the room and it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. The desk clerk kindly gave us another room. Unfortunately the second room also smelled like smoke but not as strong. The previous guest covered the smoke detector as not to set it off while they smoked in the room. See photo for details. After a not so good night sleep (after 12 hours on the road) we woke up to see that our vehicle had been vandalized. It goes without saying that hotel stay ended up putting a damper on our vacation. We spent a portion of our vacation over the new years weekend trying to get our vehicle fixed enough to get safely back to South Carolina. Absolute Bummer!!!

Motel was decent shape but they let people sleep in the hallways and people running around hollering all night! Would not stay here again

This hotel is really nice. Usually when you see the word “Inn” we automatically think it’s a cheap rat trap motel however this INN gives a new meaning to the word. It’s as good or better than some hotels I’ve seen and definitely better than any Motel I’ve seen. I highly recommend it and will mark it for my future travel stop.

No problems with the hotel…I thought it was adequate for what I needed. The staff was nice and it was convenient to get on the highway the next morning. Cracker Barrel was right out the back door and breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. I felt safe and had zero issues.

Overnight stay.
Don’t judge by my review. I was only in the room for a few hours. I was in town to see friends so I only slept a few hours before going home. Room was clean. Service was quick and easy. Bed was a little firm for my liking but clean.
