Blonde female was working the desk when we checked in was amazing! We had travelled in from out of state to visit family and we were able to check in early- kudos to her! Breakfast area was well stocked and cleaned often. We were greeted as we came and went by housekeeping and the front desk staff. We asked for extra towels and they were brought up quick even when we offered to retrieve them and the man who dropped them off was very friendly! Downside - no lock on the bathroom door, we had to wedge a wash cloth under it. The room wasn’t super clean - we found change on the floor and the bathroom walls were dirty. Possibly a male manager didn’t seem to care to interact with us. We had a lighting issue that we ended up figuring out on our own, but he was very dismissive and rude when we asked for assistance. Mind you it takes alot for us to speak up and ask for anything. Overall our stay was good.

I do apologize for the bathroom door lock and the cleanliness issues you reported. It is our goal to exceed in all guest expectations each and every time. Finally, I personally apologize for coming off rude or dismissive when you brought these items to my attention. That was not my intention at all. I am truly sorry for making you all feel that way.

I could hear toilets flushing and other people taking showers in the next room. The drain in the shower made noise all night . There was food left in the fridge from the last guest . Over all not a good stay

Very easy check-in and check-out. Very close to many restaurants and stores. The walls are quiet thin and could hear a lot of outside noise. Overall, it was good.

Trundle had dirty sheets and food on. It was just shoved in shower door did not close not enough towels. She’s not the best room.

This is a very nice property, especially for the price! The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet and nice. The rooms are phenomenal.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with your franchise. My room was not clean when I arrive. My party and I did not complain. We went to the store and bought bleach and lysol to clean the restroom ourselves. We threw our towels on the floor the next day as we thought the room would be replenished and cleaned the next day by the cleaning service. To our surprise when we returned to our room at midnight Saturday, the room was how we left it Saturday morning at 8:00 am. Moreover, there was no parking. We had to park away from the hotel and carry our things to the room. Furthermore, they could not pull my membership up to give me credit for my stay. Horrible experience. Rather than clean and restock your room like most suites, the staff place your towels on the outside of your door on the floor-yes the floor (see pic
