Dear guest, we sincerely apologize for the aspects that did not meet your expectations. A detailed assessment of the room status revealed stove to be perfectly functional. Note that stove requires a wall timer to turn on for safety before it can be used. Extra cooking utensils or items are available on request. Microwave was found to be working fine. The bed is considered to be ultra-comfortable by most of our guests. Hot water is available in all places intended. There was no smell of any kind. As notified at check-in and for everyone’s safety, the continental breakfast is temporarily not provided in light of COVID-19. Hot breakfast is never advertised nor provided to our knowledge. It is our hope that you will consider staying with us again in future and look forward to serving you then.
