The staff at check in was not very helpful when asking for an extra pillow. The inside pool was not heated and the hot tub was dirty and slimy. The room has an odor.

I liked the room was spacious for a family of 5. The breakfast was good and the indoor pool was a plus. The place was clean and up to date. The staff were helpful. I would stay again for sure.

The suite we stayed in was decent to the overvieing eye, but the pullout couch was utterly disgusting! My almost grown son had to sleep on top of the short couch cushions instead of being able to stretch out on a full bed. The toilet was finicky and wouldn't always fill up to be able to flush properly. Even when you did flush, the handle had to be held down for the toilet bowl to completely evacuate.

Well, we didn't have a tub without problems. The bottom was sort of torn in spots and when I got into it the bottom was slimy sort of. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Nice and quiet, rooms very clean bed very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to stay at if you’re in Beaumont Texas

Overall the stay was good. Comfortable queen beds. The pull out sofa sleeper was broken on the end so it was flimsy. It's clean but a little bit outdated in some areas. The air conditioner made noises all night and some of it was falling apart. The elevators were very sketchy, noisy, rough and one of the floors look like it could fall apart. My son was scared to ride it. Breakfast was good, staff was good. Beware for some reason it will charge you 2 separate deposits ($50 & $44), I asked and they said it's two different vendors, never heard of that. I'm currently waiting for the $44 back!

Everything was great about the visit, the only thing that took away from the experience was the weird smell. Like old carpet, spilled milk in the carpet.

This hotel is overall dirty. The beds are nasty and stained with no mattress protectors. Dirty towels and trash lining the halls. Shower was dirty and I personally had to clean it because it’s the holidays and they have several guest. Front staff was rude during when trying to have problems addressed.

The hotel was recently remodeled. The one thing negative, which would be in 90% of hotels regardless of rating is the carpet. It would be so nice if the carpet would be removed.

Enjoy your stay.
The only issue i had was the room key card was shut off 2 and a half hours before checkout. Other than that, the place was awesome.

Nice, quiet, and roomy. My room was on the 3rd floor, where the ice machine was broken and there weren't any snack/drink machines. I looked underneath the plastic bag in our room's ice bucket and found long strands of hair and crumbs. Minus the minor mishaps, the property delivers. Also, their breakfast has a variety of food choices including kolaches, muffins, and bacon.

It was fine except for the little yip yip dog that barked and kept my wife awake. It did not wake me up, just my wife. That said when we checked out my wife asked if dogs were allowed and the lady said no. My wife told her well you had one last night! Now we did not call the desk to report it so I can't blame the hotel for somebody sneaking a dog into the room because we didn’t report it. I would gladly stay there again and just report the dog to the desk next time 😁

Quiet and clean property. I didn't care for the deodorizing spray scent. Not sure if it was trying to cover up pet smells or something else, but otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Should stare that area is more for employees who are contracted. Didnt really feel it was family safe. More adult like friendly. Not very comfortably 😕 and hotel is not really off I10. It leads away a little from other hotels.
