Nice and warm hotel
The hotel was just brilliant it had cinema area to watch TV or films and a gym. 5 stars

Paid for apartment got really small room.not even one glass to drink water from.

No staff and very noisy.
Corridors have hard floors and echo very loudly, doors have 1cm gap at base so all noise gets into rooms

Nice room in apartments building and clean
Nice stayed It was close to town and restaurants it's Great and only 7 min drive from airport. .....staff in reception was Good. I have stay other apartments before this one is much closer house keeping was also good They even have Taxi and travel arrangements for pick and drop it London is only 23 min by fast track train to St Pancras I recommend this place to travellers definitely. ............ ............ .........................................................,...........................................................................................................................................

DO NOT stay here
The hotel was dirty. They had TVs but no channels, you HAD to link it through your mobile.The staff were very unhelpful. I did not stay there.

Worse hotel I've stayed in a long time no parking no tvs in rooms hotel is so loud and to top if off there no WiFi even though it's states free WiFi

Shocking
Put me in a box room like a prison cell. Empty shelves every where and had to walk sideways to get to the bed. No tv in the room! Was shocked! I believe prison cells have more luxuries... the walls are thin and I had random ppl banging my door at 6am!!! Check in is at 4pm which is ridiculous and check out at 10am which is unheard of especially after getting in slightly late on a Saturday night and having to wake up and out the place by 10am to avoid any additional costs! I did complain complain to receptionist who spoke very little English and even offered to pay more money for a better room but none were available!! I wasn't too sure what I was getting myself in for when I booked this place because I paid £45 for a Saturday but I was appalled! Never make the same mistake again! Oh and to add insult to injury, when I got to my car at 10.05am I had a parking ticket!!!
