적정한 호텔
호텔 옆에 쇼핑몰도 있어 편하기는하였으나 인터넷 연결이 방에서는 원활하지 않아 2번이나 방을 바꿔야 했습니다. 전체적으로 나쁘지 않아서 숙박하는데에는 불편함이 없었습니다.

가격 대비 훌륭한 호텔
예전에 출장 시 지냈던 호텔에 비해 가격이 프로모션 할인을 받아서도 저렴하였지만 반 가격이여서 걱정하며 갔는대 지내는데 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 가격 대비 깨끗하고 조식도 만족했구요~ 밖에 멀지 않게 몰이 있어 여행 선물로 장도 혼자 보러 다니기도 편리하였어요. 4박하였는대 첫 날 잘 때 조금 시끄러웠는대 다음날 호텔 밖에서 보니 제 방에 에어컨 팬이 3개나 달려 있어 방 교체 하여서 좀 더 조용히 지냈어요 ^^

The hotel is old and in a serious need for renovation. AC is hot and will not go down below 24C. Internet is spotty and slow. Very disappointing.

Should be more from Aston Class
I expected more for Aston, but unfortunately the hotel was so so. It’s still nice but the furnitures like sofa and bed were dirty. The king size bed were made from two single beds so it’s uncomfortable if you travel solo and slept in the middle.

The room is rather small, but the service is good. everyone is welcoming. walking distance to shopping area is a plus. McDonalds is just outside the door. too bad upon my stay the spa is closed.

Great location for anyone wanting to stay in Bekasi. Safe walking distance to many malls. Friendly staff, and entire hotel is exceptionally clean. Pool area is nice to relax and all food service of top quality. A more comfortable stay than other hotels in area.

All in all is it a good hotel! The service is amazing and the breakfast is also really good! The only thing is that some of the towels were dirty, they really could buy new ones!

Second stay
The room is clean. Staff is kind. Breakfast is tasty. There were Asian games 2018, so there were a lot of people. I want to stay again.

overall it's nice. the elevators are slow. water from shower caused bathroom floor to wet. shower is only blocked by half mirror? i'd say poorly designed. during housekeeping the trash wasn't emptied. staff gave wrong info about taxi charge from hotel to airport. she repeatedly said, which i repeated after her everytime, IDR150000 all-in. but when i went down to reception desk it was actually IDR450000.

Receptionist Hanita who checked me in was really nice n helpful. She gave me service with a smile. D staff @ d Coffeshop restaurant, Rita n Bajik n d F & B manager Agung were very accomodating n friendly. Thanks Aston 4 ur excellent service
