We are happy to hear that our entire team was at least able to provide great service throughout your stay with us. The experience of our guests is priority number one. We sincerely apologize for not exceeding your standard and wished you would have given us the opportunity to make it right while you were still here with us. Joy-riding on the beach is unacceptable behavior and this has been addressed to avoid any occurrence in the future. There are some comments that were mentioned in reference to pricing and activities that were not completely honest as our prices are much lower than the rates you provided. With respect to your dining experience, unfortunately due to the high overheads of operating full-service restaurants at a resort, on an island, especially those located outside of town limits, it is impossible to offer prices in line with smaller delis in town. Although it may be less affordable for some, our restaurant prices are very competitive when compared to others in our vicinity. Our menus, complete with pricing, can be found on our website, to give our visitors a general idea of what to expect while vacationing with us. Steak dinners are at the top of the menu in terms of pricing as it is imported. We also offer a variety of dishes made from local produce that are offered at a much more comfortable pricing. Our drink menu also offers local mixed drinks as low as US$6, with imported top shelf averaging US$10-12. We sincerely apologize, and once again, wish that we had known before your departure so we could have had the opportunity to turn around your experience.
