Dear guest, when wanting a handicap room you must purchase that room type when booking. If there was non available at the time you booked, it does mean we are sold out and will try and accommodate you if we have a cancellation. We do not have 10 handicap rooms on our property. We have handicap signs along the back parking lot, but those are just for the handicap parking spots, not rooms. We do also have an elevator and you've seen all our available close handicap parking spots that would get you close to it. We apologize we were booked on the night you stayed.
