Okay stay during covid
The brand name gave me higher expectation but it was okay. Some needs to be fixed including stains on couch and not operable heater in the room. We slept fine cuz it was just one night in. Be sure to know before booking there is $250 incidental deposit that takes forever to come back to ur account.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone I had contact with was attentive, accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area.

The staff is what makes this hotel. They are friendly and patient. They are ready and able to help at any given time. The room had a couch that looked like there had been bleach spilled on it. The desk clerk explained that he was aware of the issue, apologized, and assured me that we would not be charged for that damage. He also took the time to tell me about the upgrades that were planned. He seemed very proud of the hotel. Everyone is bustling around, but they still have time to smile and say hello. They will drop what they're doing to assist with anything we need. The facility itself is nice and comfortable, but the staff makes it pop!

Lukewarm water in the bathroom sink. 5 minutes to get hot in the shower. Room cleaning took out the paper plates, etc. in the trash, put new towels out, and left the bed unmade...The eggs and sausage breakfast was cold. Maybe the water issue was due to the fact we were at the end of the hallway. Maybe the housecleaning staff got interrupted. Maybe the breakfast was out too long. And maybe for -$340 for 2 nights we won't stay there again, Marriott members or not.

When we got back to our room on Saturday night, the whole room smelled like weed. It was coming through the vents from the room upstairs. It was terrible. We were offered another room Thank you for that.

Outside parking needed repairs lots of pot holes. Outside sign needed to be better view from the main road. Cable tv was out for day and half no help on weekends or at night.

Ceiling had some type of adhesive with sparkles on it. In 3 different areas. Housekeeping staff obviously does not perform cleaning tasks efficiently. Now you think to yourself.. what else dont they clean properly

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The facilities are also in good shape. Breakfast was also good. It's a 3minute drive to several restaurants and a small shopping area. A little traffic noise is noticeable at night, but not enough to keep anyone awake.

Supposed to be a Marriott
I usually never give less than 5 stars, but this hotel lacked big time in every way. Stayed 5 nights and never had room service, even though on the 3rd and 4th day I requested it. Employees said we had the Don Not Disturb sign up, which is not true. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. It’s overpriced for its location and little amenities. We had 3 rooms. Each room had 2 Queen and sofa bed, but they stock 2 towels per room. Since we had no housekeeping, we needed toilet paper. They bring us one roll. Folks this is supposed to be a Marriott branded hotel! We will never stay here again.
