Dear Mr Chintan D Thank you very much for your feedback. Please do accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. As you mentioned in the comments we do not have the free shuttle service from the airport and same information has clearly mentioned with all the OTAs that we have officially signed up. Your comments really surprised me just because during your stay after upgrading the room you were quiet happy with our hotel and at the time of check out also when I spoke to you were happy with facilities provided to you. The tariff we quoted on all the OTA’s are very reasonable only , compare to other hotel in this surroundings. we also would like to inform you that if the guest is not happy with our facilities they can always cancel the booking and opt for the refund.
