위치는 공항에서 30 km 떨어져, 이동에 불편함이 있었으나, 그 외 나머지 항목은 만족하는 수준임. 룸 table set menu 나 wifi 속도 등은 매우 만족할만함.

Pleasant and comfortable
It is a very pleasant and quite hotel. It had wide breakfast spread and the facilities are excellent. Not too many places to walk around and see nearby but very located and major places are short drive away.

I like the stylish interior design. I do not like the bed (the queen-size bed was formed by two individual single-size mattresses.

Great hotel, but be aware of the car service
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and food at the restaurant was very good. However, I would caution anyone using their car service as it is extremely overpriced. They charge more than 20x more compared to Uber or Ola and the price was not communicated to me until after the ride. Also, considering this is a 5-star hotel, I would have expected a nicer car as it was very dingy and unkept; the seats were ripped, etc. Overall, the hotel was very nice and had a great stay but the car service experience was not.

This is my third time staying in this hotel. This is a brilliant hotel, nice location and more importantly the staff are so gracious. Every single person is almost eligible for "Going beyond the way to make customers happy" award! Awesome! Appreicate and will definitely come back here

Overall good
Hotel itself is good but their internal process maybe lacking. It's taking more than a month to return the deposit. Overall room was good with nice big work desk. Food at the restaurant food could be more diverse.

Outstanding rooms; poor breakfast experience
Fantastic room and superb service. The only sore spot in an otherwise wonderful experience was that my breakfast experience was a disaster: I'd asked for a Spanish Omelette, and what I got was unpalatable. I ordered for a Macchiato, and I got a Latte with chocolate sauce. How do waiters and chefs in a five -star hotel not know these things?

Nice and sleek hotel
Hotel was nice and comfortable, staff was extremely pleasant, and La Brasserie had quite a bit of options on their menu. The staff gets extra high marks though as they allowed me to repeatedly push back my check out time on our last day as both my girlfriend and I had gotten sick the night before.

Awesome Stay!
I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. It was brief stay but the all the staff and everyone involved made it a great one. The facilities are great, close to where the shopping area is and so commute was not an issue either. The breakfast which was included with the room was also very good. All in all a wonderful stay and would definitely go back and recommend to friends

Business Stay not worth it
The hotel is really rundown. Its 30 years old, and you can definitely tell. Even the breakfast was very average and the quality did not at all match a 5 star hotel. The rooms were decent and had been renovated a few years ago, but they forgot to renovate the bathrooms. Only good thing was that I got a good price, else would not have stayed here.

Absolutely wonderful Service - Great Staff
Excellent service and care by staff. I have travelled all over the globe and have stayed in the finest hotels but I doubt I have ever witnessed such great service. Every one belonging to staff was there to help ! The hotel was clean, breakfast was really nice and restaurant dinner was also very tasty. One advice: I would only add one thing for staff to make it a bit better. I was three times/by three different people asked at the breakfast "what I wanted to drink coffee/tea". It can be annoying in some cases hence best would be for staff to keep in sync with each other :-)

Fantastic hotel and staff!
I can't say enough excellent things about this hotel. It is a beautiful, clean, very comfortable, and quiet hotel. The staff is absolutely incredible. They were always so friendly and willing to help you with anything you may need. The restaurant staff in particular was phenomenal. Truly kind, wonderful people who were excited to introduce us to new foods. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and hope I have another opportunity to do so in the future!

Very clean and posh but...
Pros: beautiful lobby, helpful well-dressed staff, clean updated rooms, great breakfast buffet. Cons: everything is negotiable, including items in the gift shop and taxis from the hotel. FYI hotel taxis are 3-4 x the price of a regular cab, pool is freezing cold, gym smells like sweatty curry, massages are same-sex and awkward. Location is walking distance to nothing, except Bangalore golf club.

Old hotel and false advertising.
I booked a suite with separate living room and balcony as per advertisement and itinerary. I was put it a room without separate living room and balcony. I complained and moved to a suite with separate living room but no balcony. According to the hotel, they don't have any suits with balconies as the one as I have booked! False advertising misleading and deceptive to say the least. Very old and dodgy hotel. Staff are incompetent. Only plus is the food is amazing and reasonably priced. Other than that will definitely never stay again on my next trip to India!

Really bad experience. A 3 Star level of Hotel
It was pathetic. Let me elaborate. 1: Really small room with black interiors and dimly lit. Having come back after full day meetings, it was difficult to find switches and other stuff. 2: The electricity went off for the entire room at 2:30 am. It really disturbed my sleep and upon complaining the attendant came after two reminders. 3: The breakfast is really bad in terms of quality and variety of food. 4: It is really a 3 star facility and the level should be changed. 5: There are these push buttons for everything in the room making it difficult to toggle even on-off function. 6: There is some black color painting in the already black room. It was really really bad in taste and felt haunted. 7: The room view was a balcony of some apartment. In morning on opening curtain, I could see people brushing teeth in balcony. It was bad feeling to open curtains to get some daylight and see the view.

lousy plumbing and fleeing service(lol).
if you are a 'scary cat', the noise out of the lousy plumbing of the bathroom tap will send chills! I can hear every 'dub' 'dub' 'dub' sound when the tap is being used from my upstairs and downstair room. Simply sound like someone are using your bathroom! That did wake me up a few times through out the night, also send me sitting on the toilet bowl waiting for the source of it. Another funny occurrence from this stay. I was down from food poisoning from my 1st day stay(from a outside source). 2nd Morning, while struggling to have my breakfast in the hotel breakfast area, a captain came over for a morning greeting and ask how is my stay, would I want a custom cookup for my breakfast. Told him I'm not feeling so well cos of food poisoning, next, he simply distance himself and never came back to me. hahaha, i have yet blame anyone, but that makes my day on the service that he wanted to offer initially. BTW, the bed is still nice and comfy
