새 호텔로 깨끗하고 좋습니다.
주변 울수르 호수에서 아침 산책을 핫 수 있어 좋았습니다. 그기 까지 가는 길은 인도 답게 개도 많고 소도 있습니다. 공항에서 셔틀버스를 타고 갔는데 내리니 바로 툭툭이가 있어 저렴하게 갈 수 있었습니다.

I would've given this hotel 5 stars but while I stayed here they had construction going on, and the noise was maddening - banging, drilling. I had to complain several times to put a stop to this. I had online business meetings to attend from my room and it was impossible to carry on a conversation. If the hotel needs to do construction then they should not book guests and do the renovations when the hotel is empty. Otherwise, offer the rooms complementary or have the decency to offer a big discount for the inconvenience. Neither of these were offered to me for the trouble I went through.

AC did not work properly and it was hot inside. Check in took long time and the receptionist was little rude. Average breakfast. Coffee was horrible. Not worth for the price paid and will not stay in this hotel next time.

very comfortable stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Stayed there for 8 days and it had good variety with new stuff everyday. The room was very bright and air conditioning was great. Floors were hardwood and marble (thankfully no carpet). Would definitely stay here again.

The room floor carpet was bad. At check out I was charged on my card without showing bill on getting bill copy I saw a service charge of Rs 699. Had to take up the issue to reverse charge on my card.

The only negative point I can say about the property is that it is Not close to a metro station in Bangalore. Otherwise all aspects of the hotel are excellent

Quartier moyen sans grand intérêt pas de gros temple, le lac n’est pas très loin, je n’ai pas pu y allez car il tomber des trombes d’eau, le bar est parfait musique sympa, les mijotos au top, restaurant buffet parfait, un mouton massala à tomber une glace à la mangue splendide, aucun regret dans cet hôtel si je retourne à bengalore ce sera celui-là, malgré l’abus du prix du taxi. 800 roupies par mes moyens pour l aller à l’hôtel, 1800 au retour par l hôtel

Worthy to come back except breakfast not sure
Room was good, service such as instructions repeatedly to have laundry sent to room was ignored, taxi bookings done n repeated several times were not heeded and breakfast smell was horrible for someone headed out for work ie business. the egg station did NOT have strong heat absorber and whole dining area no matter how far you sat, stenched. Overall other matters was good

Excellent room but breakfast area leaves a stench
Room is great and some eateries walking distance BUT the breakfast cook area needs to have hood to absorb smell installed. As guest, when we have breakfast, our clothes will smell from the cooking even if we sit far away from cook area. I was there for business and dreaded using work clothes for breakfast and did not eat the last day as had key meeting and did not want clothes smelling Noise was also a factor if you are a light sleeper

Extremely courteous staff willing to see that you
We had a short stay for 2 nights. The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet is good. It is eventually the staff who went the extra mile to see to your comfort. They were constantly willing to help out. That overshadows any shortcoming that may exist.

Good 4 star hotel
Been staying here for about 5 years. Very nice hotel, a good 4 star, not luxury but very comfortable and clean. Starting to get in need of a remodel/refresh in the rooms. But I will stay here next time in Bangalore.

There is room for improvement
The Location and the hotel conditions were good. Was very disappointed with the service quality of the front desk staff. They were polite but the work efficiency is not upto the mark.
