Disappointing..
I booked a king size room and later came to know it will accomodate only one Adult and there will be charges for an extra adult..

Over All Okay, but the AC went off very often, but the bed is comfortable.

Not so pleasant stay
Location a bit far from the airport. Our room at the 5th floor had a very small bathroom. Very uncomfortable. Only positive was the breakfast buffet which had slightly more than the usual Indian breakfast. Santos at the reception counter was very helpful also.

Fantastic
It was superb. Room was super cleaned and staff was so helpful in all the aspects. As I stayed during Ramadan month and I needed my morning breakfast at 4am, surprisingly they accepted my request and sent very nice breakfast contained fresh cut fruits, bread, jam and juice exactly at 4:10 am. I was amazed and I am sure I will stay in this hotel only whenever I will be in B'lore.

Start up hotel-not great
Had three room booking and staff at the reception, housekeeping is most inexperienced and had to face a lot of trouble. The so called modern gadgets in the bath were not working okay as water was flowing into the room from shower area. Worst is that even after paying on line to Expedia, the reception collected the room charges again and now they are not returning. Best Western should consider the background before listing them. Honestly, I would neither recommend nor go back !!!

This is one off the most unfortunate incident which was experienced by you since the inception of the hotel. Regret the inconvenience caused .

Very lovely hotel. Wonderful ambience. Great staff. Good food. Beautiful room and bathroom. Worth every penny or should i say... rupee... spent there!

the room was excellent, only suggestion is they should have south indian food on their menu. as people staying will be out of bangalore
