Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there were bats outside my room. The place was dirty and old.

Just right location for our archery shot nearby in Dragoon. Good shower and tub. Good beds and pillows. Quiet. Good breakfast. TV with many offerings. Pool doesn’t open until April 1. Just something to know.

Jacuzzi closed even though i called first to confirm it would be open before booking. Room only cleaned when i requested and beds weren't touched. Only towels changed and garbage taken away. Rude staff upon check in when i confirmed first floor, but was given second due to sellout the next day. She told me i could go to another hotel.

Our ground level rooms are the first ones to get rented and our housekeepers only clean when our guest have requested room service, if personal stuff is on the beds they are instructed not to touch them. We do apologize for any inconviences you may have had during your stay!

The Staff at the Benson Quality Inn is the absolute best!! They go above and beyond to make you feel not only welcome, but like family. I give it 10 stars!!

Pool was closed. Door was difficult. Deck furniture was dated. Bathroom was 1970’s style. Shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere except where it was meant to spray.

Clean hotel! Normal hotel breakfast. Nice staff. I feel like this as well as other hotels in area are overpriced. I think they capitalize on people driving through and having to stay overnight.

HVAC unit unable to turn off heat. Remote control for TV did not work. Guests smoke outside our door. Plumbing old in need of upgrades.

Great stay for our first night on the road. Easy check in and friendly staff. Bed was a bit springy, but everything else was great. Safe and quiet was a plus and very convenient from HWY. Thank you QI team for your hospitality!

Not as advertised. Hot tub not in service and had not been for a long time. Abandoned buildings all around the hotel. Very noisy, freeway on one side train tracks on other. Large cracks in wall. Would not recommend at all. Expedia needs do do a better job on the hotels they offer and post all reviews not just the ones they like. Out of the three hotels we booked only one was acceptable. This hotel is very over priced for what it is.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our check in was fast and the receptionist was friendly. Breakfast this morning was nice and flavorable with the typical offerings. My only complaint was the temperature control in the air/heat system. We had a hard time getting to the temperature we wanted
