Initial check in was pleasant. After checkin, we noticed room was warm. We changed AC and left for food. Upon our return, room was much warmer. Called to advise front desk, asked for a new room, they sent maintenance. It was checked, we were advised to give it another 10mins. The temp was the same, we asked for another room. Maintenance said they would see if we could move. While waiting, I used the restroom, flushed and it flooded. I had to turn water off behind toilet to keep from major water. I packed up our things and headed downstairs. Maintenance met me with another key to another room. No one from the front desk even called to apologize, check on us or anything. For that, I’m very disappointed. I could see even some type of discount for the inconvenience, free breakfast (nothing). Remind you, it was 90+ outside.
