Perfect location for baseball game at AR. You can walk over. Friendly staff! Great breakfast buffet included. We are repeat customers!

Perfect location for a trip to University of Arkansas for games or just to visit Fayetteville. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5.

Excellent breakfast, with a few variations every day. Fantastic facility in a great location. Rooms have all the conveniences of home. Would recommend to anyone. 10 not 5 stars.

This is an excellent property to stay at, especially if you are attending activities at U of A. The breakfast was excellent, and I liked that it didn't end until 10:30. Another plus for this property was the free guest laundry machines - you only have to provide your detergent. Also, check-out is not until noon, which is a plus. I rated the property conditions and facilities as good instead of excellent only because the indoor pool was closed due to the heater being out and the treadmill not working properly.

They called our room in the middle of the night about a noise complaint and woke us up saying it was us but we were asleep and our key didn’t work to get in the room. When we got there it said we only had one room booked when we had two booked. It was clean but not the best experience.

Perfect stay, great property!
2 night stay. Front desk staff very genuine friendly. Can tell they like the job not just putting on fake smile that seems to be the norm in the service industry lately. Hotel is extremely well kept both inside and outside public areas as well as the suite which was IMMACULATE and very well appointed. Everything was clean to the point it seemed almost new. Not a spot to be found in the kitchen or bathroom. No smells. Seriously, I want to hire the housekeeper! The pool looked nice but i didn't use it. This by far is the best, cleanest and good vibes hotel I've stayed at in its class. Highly recommended!

We Really love Jesse checking us in and so knowledgeable about the area of things to do.We love Tony at night keeping up snack night Mon through Thursday and keeping everything pick up and santize. House keeping where awesome and kept everything clean and santize. We stay Sun through Friday and we didn't let them in our room and they gave us fresh towels when we need them. We didn't use the nice gym or the nice indoor pool we heard was nice when raining. We love the open pit area outside and folks where using the barbecue grill. We love the area walking to Mexican restaurants and Foghorns a bar and grill right around the corner. Down the West side close to more groceries and restaurants. We love our kitchen area in room.We use fridge and microwave for leftovers. Shower was nice and hot with dove products on the wall.It is dog friendly. It is hard to find and need signs out front at turn off of the driveway. We went past once with our GPS.No safe in rooms was a disappointment for us. The breakfast was ok.The same everyday except they would change out the potatoes. It could be alittle warmer. Other than that we would stay there again.
