The location was superb, less than 5 minutes walk to the old town. Cristina was an excellent host with fabulous recommendations for places to eat. The view from the balcony was stunning. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was spot on with cereal, fruit, ham and cheese, eggs cooked to your liking, cakes, yogurts etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Cristina for a wonderful stay

A little oasis in Bergamo

We stayed just one afternnon and night arriving from Liguria and leaving from the Bergamo airport the next day early (very convenient location with the airport bus). This is a beautiful little home with an amazing host. Beramo is also a very enjoying city. This location is perfect for the upper town and has views on the beautiful countryside.

Bergamo Alta - Dejligt Tilbagetrukket Sted

Ligger dejligt tilbagetrukket, men samtidigt meget tæt på centrum af den gamle by og tæt på gode restauranter. Dejligt værelse og en fantastisk værtinde, som er serviceminded og har gode råd om alt, hvad der er relevant for Bergamo og omegn. Kan varmt anbefales.

Christina is a gracious and hospitable host. She gave us precise directions to find the property from the train station and excellent museum and restaurant recommendations. The bedroom and washroom are spacious, and the views from the balcony is amazing. The breakfast was satisfying and fresh. The B&B is in a perfect location to the funicular, shopping, and a number of restaurants and sites. Our stop in Bergamo was perfect thanks to Cristina and Casa Mia

Very good place to overnight or more in Bergamo old town. Clean, like a home and the view. Sounds like countrysides and near the town. We want to come back.

Just home from an excellent 4 night trip to Bergamo Citta Alta where we stayed with Cristina at her wonderful bed and breakfast. Couldn’t fault in any way from the excellent communication prior to arrival,the immaculate room and the superb view from the balcony. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely return. Thank you for all your help Cristina.

Hyggeligt og prisvenligt B&B med god beliggenhed.

Værten Christina var meget venlig, hjælpsom og serviceminded. Hjalp os med at finde en parkering (kørte med i bilen). Og gav gode anvisninger på lokale spisesteder. Vi nød vores morgenmad på altanen med en fantastisk udsigt. Der blev gjort rent hver dag hvilket vi ikke havde forventet. A Casa Mia ligger godt ift at opleve Bergamos gamle bydel i gåafstand og ellers benyttede vi os af bus.

The best place to stay in Bergamo

Our stay at this beautiful B&B was wonderful. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Cristina is an amazing host. She was extremely helpful, giving us plenty of maps, leaflets and reccomendations, as well as an impressive breakfast in the morning. Location is perfect, very easily reached from airport by bus and within enjoyable 5 min walking distance to Piazza Vecchia. This was a gem of a find and would stay there again.

Bergamo is not a city where you can find lots of hotels due it's own architecture. It's mostly Bed & Breakfast and I've decided Cristina's flat after reading great comments. We've stayed for 2 nights and I have to say that Cristina is a great host! She made every help for us to support, preparing breakfast at early morning, supporting in public transportation and so on. What's more, her house,villa has outstanding view! I loved it! We grab free tea/coffee (great brand) from kitchen, sit on the balcony and watched the view while raining! I highly recommend!

Ein B&B wie man es sich vorstellt. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns im Vorfeld kontaktiert hat, um uns eine Anreisebeschreibung zu geben, falls wir mit dem Auto anreisen wollen und sich auch sonst bestens um uns gekümmert hat. Liebevoll ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Balkon und Traumaussicht. Bei der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, selbst Mückenmittel war vorhanden, Schönes Frühstück mit viel frischem Obst und auf Wunsch einem Teller mit Wurst und Käse.

Wunderbare Lage i d Altstadt von Bergamo. Jedoch nicht so einfach zu erreichen. Kleines Auto wäre von Vorteil. 😉 mein Mann schaffte es auch mit unserem Family-Van. Exzellente Bewirtung. Besitzerin sehr zuvorkommend.

Great location

Great location. Attentive host. As noted by others, locating the premises can be difficult (especially if there is an event blocking certain roads or if you are one person trying to use the handwritten guidance provided by the owner). Maybe a map would be helpful for guests who need to avoid the ZTL? Nice breakfast.

Fantastic place.

Great location with fantastic view to the old city. Beautiful, classic italian house, comfortable bedroom with balcony. Few steps to bus/funicular stop, all attractions in a walk distance. Cristine, owner is very friendly and helpful. She created wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfasts were really good with yummy italian coffee and fresh fruits. I hope to come again.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Bergamo Alta

Appena fuori le Mura di Bergamo Alta, questo B&B in palazzo signorile vanta camere con balcone affacciato sulla vista dei Colli di Bergamo. Ottimo come grandezza della camera, fantastoica la colazione. a 50 mt c'è un parcheggio a pagamento ( 15 euro la notte) per l'auto. In 10 minuti a piedi sei in Piazza Vecchia davanti al Palazzo della ragione! Perfetto!

Il posto ideale

Non sono solito alle recensioni da “10 e lode” ma questa volta la struttura e il personale la meritano davvero. 1. CAMERA Pulitissima. Curata. Comoda. Nulla lasciato al caso: dalle coperte per i freddolosi al phon di ottima qualità, la doccia pulitissima. Insomma: potrei fsre un lungo elenco di tutte le cose che uso in un hotel e, in questo caso, erano impeccabili. 2. POSIZIONE IL b&b è in centro. A piedi, in 5 min si è nel centro della Bergamo Alta. Posizione perfetta. 3. PANORAMA Svegliarsi la mattina e andare a dormire la sera con quel panorama bellissimo che si vede dal balcone rende sereni. 4. PERSONALE Credo di non aver incontrato mai nella mia vita un personale “turistico” di questo tipo. La proprietaria cura con attenzione e dedizione ogni dettaglio (appena arrivato ha sondato i miei gusti per la colazione facendomi trovare la colazione dei miei sogni, non solo: essendosi accorta che non avevo bevuto il succo d’arancia confezionato la mattina dopo ha fatto la spremuta). Dico tutto questo perchè non sono attenzioni dovute, ma espressione di una passione per quello che si fa. Consiglio questo B&B perchè è veramente un posto confortevole in cui si sta MEGLIO che a casa propria. Penso che sia stato il soggiorno più piacevole e comodo dei miei tanti in Italia e all’Estero. Spero di trovare, in futuro, strutture simili ovunque. Se tornerò a Bergamo, sicuramente verrò qui.

L'accoglienza perfetta. La padrona di casa si è mostrata gentile e premurosa. Ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste. Un posto situato in alto da dove si poteva ammirare la bellezza del Bergamo, specialmente di mattino con il cielo sereno e area pulita e rinfrescante. I concittadini sono cordiali e gentile nel soddisfare al meglio possibile i turisti. Il cibo è buono e genuino. Il Bergamo Alto, come viene chiamata dai suoi abitanti, è un luogo di storia e cultura. Offre numerose punti di attrazione e mezzi per raggiungerle anche a piedi.
