Fint lille hyggeligt hotel hvor man bor lige i centrum. Man kan køre forbi med kuffert osv og derefter parkere bilen udenfor bymuren. Lidt speciel oplevelse at selve hotel og anneks ligger ca 100 mtr fra hinanden.

Annorlunda B&B inrett i medeltida hus, perfekt läge mitt i gamla stan nära sevärdheter och restauranger. Lite spartansk frukost men helt ok.

Perfekte Lage für einen Kurztrip in die Altstadt von Bergamo. Unterkunft ist in einem sehr alten Haus, entsprechend ist der Standard (Hellhörig etc.), aber sehr nett hergerichtet. Ein sChrank fehlt allerdings...

Noisy and malfunctioning AC, all the rest perfect
Fot two days I asked the front desk representative to check the air conditioning in my room because it was making loud bothering noise and not heating well. Every day she told me she'll call the housekeeping guy but unfortunately when I arrived back at night the AC was not touch and still malfunctioning. I alert future clients from room 103 (outside building) which have noisy and not well heating air conditioner. All the rest was great, wonderful room, great location and extraordinary breakfast.

Città Alta ("Gamla Stan") är ett måste om man ska besöka Bergamo eller Milano för den delen. Supermysig liten "by" som är beläget på en högre höjd med fantstiska vyer över Bergamo och omnejd. I Città Alta hittar du även en massa mysiga mindre butiker samt många restauranger med underbar stämning och mat ("Da Mimmo" är helt klart favoriten). B&B Botton D'Oro ligger på huvudgatan i Città Alta och således nära till allt. De flesta rummen ligger i en gammal fastighet med en underbar rustik känsla. Frukost och check-in ligger däremot i en annan byggnad några hundra meter bort på samma gata.

Angolo di tradizioni con tutti i confort
Consiglio questo b&b per viaggi di coppia e famiglie. Cura e pulizia in un contesto raffinato e "country". Sala colazioni incantevole. Qualità del cibo ottima! Ristorantini, funicolare e negozi a portata di mano. Se dovessi suggerire una miglioria, direi di investire in materassi e guanciali che non erano al top. Ritorneremo!

Rigtig fin oplevelse til en god pris.
Smukt og smagfuldt renoveret værelse i en gammel slidt ejendom der oser af historie. Værelserne befinder sig i en gammel beboelsesejendom lige ved det gamle torv og ca. 100 meter fra hotellet hvor man tjekker ind og spiser sin morgenmad.

Lovely historic experience with many ups & downs!
A story of many highs and lows! We were never told that no one would be at the registration desk until 2:00. We arrived at noon and there were two steep flights of stairs that they wanted us to haul up our heavy suitcases just for them to be stored until 2:00! The poor housekeeper spoke little English and yet was able to come up with a solution for storing our bags on the first floor. Kudos to her! I loved the historic charm yet renovated triple room but we had to climb a very steep set of stairs with our bags and also had three cumbersome keys to access our room. The floor tiles just inside the bathroom door were caved in and loose which created a tripping hazard. The location was perfect for touring the old town but finding the place was challenging and our window faced the main street that did not block the noise of the party revelers walking by talking loudly until after 2:30 am. There was also traffic all night long and what sounded like a garbage pick up around 4:00 am. The woman who registered us was extremely helpful and friendly but the breakfast folks were indifferent and more focused on visiting with each other rather than seeing if the guests had questions or needed any help. In the future, I would definitely stay in a hotel in the new city and take the convenient bus up to the old city for touring.

Cosy place in Bergamo
This is a small B&B in the upper part of Bergamo. The only thing I found aggravating was that once I got to the address, my actual location was down the street less than half a mile. The room I had was for 3 people so I had my choice of bed. Situated in an old building that had been updated nicely. The place I was at did have a staircase to go up which was not especially easy with a suitcase. Breakfast was the usual fare. Staff were friendly. Oh and getting there is a bit of a chore. It cost me 25 euro from the airport.

Excellent choice for the Citté Alta
Although we reserved a room at the Gombito, we were given a 1 BR apartment at the Botton d'Oro. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, and excellent breakfast. The location was fabulous and the recommended restaurant, di Mimmos just a few doors down, was excellent! A very enjoyable stay.

Kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Bergamo
Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, liebevoll und detailliert eingerichtet. Der Check-In funktionierte einwandfrei (E-Mail oder Anruf am Vortag ist Pflicht). Das Frühstück war wundervoll. Es war alles vorhanden, auch hier wurden die Speisen liebevoll serviert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Mooie kamer in een prachtig dorp.
We werden netjes gebeld omdat we 's avonds aankwamen. We kregen te horen waar we de sleutel van onze kamer konden vinden. Bij aankomst bleek alles prima geregeld te zijn. Met de speciale code konden we naar binnen en lag de routebeschrijving en sleutel voor ons klaar. De kamer was mooi ingericht. Wel kwam er uit de badkamer een minder frisse lucht afkomstig uit de afvoer van de douche. De toilet maakte bij het doorspoelen erg veel lawaai. Verder stond er een flesje water klaar en was er de mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te zetten. Prima service. Het bed sliep ook lekker. 's Morgens was er een ontbijt in een ander gebouw. Een mooie locatie waar broodjes, cake, yoghurt en nog een aantal lekkernijen klaar stonden. We lazen in eerdere recensies dat het een geweldig ontbijt was maar deze mening deelden we niet. Het was lekker maar we hebben wel vaker beter gehad ( zeker gezien het aantal sterren) Bij de ontbijtzaal was geen toilet aanwezig. Voor gasten die in hetzelfde gebouw verbleven was dit geen probleem. Wel voor gasten die in het andere verblijf zaten. Verder is Bergamo (citta alta) een prachtige plek. Het lijkt alsof de tijd stil heeft gestaan. Je kunt er heerlijk slenteren, een bezoekje brengen aan de botanische tuin of het hoger gelegen kasteel met tuin. Hier heb je een prachtig uitzicht over Bergamo en de verre omgeving. Even naar beneden om te winkelen is ook leuk. Dit kan ook te voet. De ritjes in de funicolare moet je zeker niet vergeten.

Vi är utomordentlig nöjda med vår vistelse på Botton d'Oro Gombito. Fantastiskt designade rum. Trevlig personal. Vi älskar Botton d'Oro Gombito och kommer att återvända om vi kommer till Bergamo igen. Det enda som skulle kunna vara bättre är frukosten som skulle kunna innehålla lite mer. Tips till hotellet en bättre skylt som underlättar att hitta till ert fantastiska hotell vore bra.

Sin poder ir al wc en el desayuno porqué no había.
El B&B está muy bien. Nuestra habitación estaba en otro edificio con tres habitaciones. El desayuno era en el edificio principal a unos 250 m. El desayuno muy muy bueno. Lo que no me gusto y por eso no volvería a repetir es que por la mañana al irnos a desayunar ya habíamos dejado nuestras habitaciones y nos dirijimos al edificio principal. Pudimos dejar las maletas, pero no pudimos ir al servicio porqué no había. Hace falta un servio minúsculo para los huéspedes cerca de la sala de desayunos. Entramos por clave proporcionada por email, eso ya lo sabiamos. Todo bien, excepto la falta de un wc. He estado en otros B&B más baratos y con más servicios.La sala de desayunos y la atención de la chica que lo servía muy bien.

Viaje a Bergamo
Bergamo es una ciudad muy bonita para ver en un día y si tienes niños es muy buena opción guardar otro día para el parque de atracciones de Leolandia a 15 min en Bus. En cuanto a la habitaciónl es correcta, cara para lo que es. Esta bien la habitación pero no para 90 euros. Lo mejor es la ubicación al lado del duomo de Bergamo. En resumen un buen viaje.
