내부 시설은 좋았으나 방음이 잘 안됩니다. 주말에는 새벽까지 드나드는 사람들 소리때문에 잠을 깨기 쉽습니다.

운이 좋아서 저렴한 가격에 이용할 수 있었습니다. 이 후기를 보시는 분은 모던한 레지던스라고 생각하시면 될 것 같습니다. 다만 밤늦게까지 중정에서 떠드는 사람때문에 짜증 나긴 했었습니다. 중정 특성상 소리가 워낙 잘 울리니 객실까지 다 들릴 정도였습니다. 하루 였지만 너무 좋았던 숙소로 기억될 것입니다.

소니센터까지 걸어서 10분
호텔은 굉장히 깔끔함. 오래되지 않은 건물이라 내부인테리어도 모던하게 꾸며져 있음. 주방시설은 만족스러움. 다만 칼이 잘 들지 않고, 요리를 하기에는 식기구만 있음. 소금이나 후추 오일등은 알아서 준비해야함. 방은 꽤 넓고, 침대는 메모리폼이 깔려있어 편안함. 거실에 있는 소파베드도 안락하게 잘수 있음. 화장실도 깔끔하고, 불편함 없이 쓸수 있음. 엘레베이터가 있어 편리함. 난방이 잘 되는 편이라 한겨울인데도 덥게 느껴졌음.

Not satisfied
I stayed one night here in the apartment room. Read hugely positive reviews a lot, so I expected too much. Decent accommodation but not so great. Staffs are very kind and place is spacious. A few complaint. Disappointed with bathroom which looked good at the first glance but it's not effective. Shower booth is not easy to use, for example. Hope other rooms are not like this. Noise from the garden I can suprisingly hear through night and day in my 2nd floor room. Not worth to pay a bit high price.

Super fint hotellejlighed med masser af plads. Vi var 2 voksne med 3 “børn” på 19,17 og 11 år. Vi kunne få/købe parkering direkte ved hotellet men der er også parkeringsmuligheder ved vejen. Der er busstoppested tæt på - men også mulighed for at handle og spise i gåafstand fra hotellet.

Having an apartment on the route of the Berlin marathon was great! Two U-Bahn lines are within walking distance, making getting around the city easy. The amenities are outstanding. As a frequent traveler, I deeply appreciated having a selection of tea, sugar, and salt & pepper in the kitchen.

Great place, but no aircondition.
Det receptionists were very friendly and serviceminded, the apartment was great for the price, first floor, not much noise, high ceiling, a big main room with shared livingroom and kitchen and a big dining table. Tvs in both bedrooms and the livingroom. I would stay here again, BUT there is no adequate circulation of air, you have to keep the windows a bit open, the only place with a went is in the bathroom, so maybe keep the door open to the bathroom. One bedroom is without any windows and airvents, and you will have to keep the door open so it doesnt get to warm and/or you will have bad air during the night if you are two persons. There are three big fans for every room that are quite good, but that doesnt help with getting new air in, and they are noisy (like all fans), if put on the highest level. For me it disturbs sleep. One of my friends actually went into the living room to sleep because it got to hot one night. I have no idea why they didnt installed airducts/vents when they refurbished the apartment, because its clear they put effort into it, and it has good standard. The location is good, not so far to the ubahn, and then just a few stops to Zoologischer Garten that will connect you with most trains/buses/ubahns. 3.40 euro to get there with connections from the airport (1.10 hours.), around 40-50 euro if you use an uber (25-30 minutes). I recommend this place, but beware of the situation with an lack of aircondition. If you dont mind using fans, go for it.

Bra sted til god pris-særlig egnet for familier
Supert sted for en familie. Veldig fresht med enkel parkering ( som er vanskelig i Berlin). Harde senger. Stort pluss med kjøleskap. Litt varmt uten AC når det var 34grader, men vi overlevde. Lokasjonen var god, tilbaketrukket, men er umulig å unngå all støy når du bor i Berlin. Personalet pratet utmerket engelsk.

Unterkunft war schön und in einer top Lage. Leider hatten wir eine Lampe in Wohnzimmer mit Kabel in der Steckdose. Das Kabel war völlig kaputt Drähte haben rausgeguckt. Mein 1 jähriger Sohn ist beim Laufen an das Kabel und wir hatten sofort Stromausfall und er einen elektrischen Schlag bekommen. Im Dunklen wusste natürlich keiner wo ein Stromkasten ist. Mussten dann Hilfe anrufen zum Glück ging es dann wieder an

The hotel called me, where I told them of late check in. They promised to send a self check in link, which they didn’t . So I wasn’t able to check in at 2am on the street and have to find another hotel by myself. And I need to work next morning 7am. Avoid this hotel at all cost

Wir waren super zufrieden, wir hatten die 140qm Suite gebucht und es war genug Platz für uns 7 Mädels…Es war nachts auch sehr ruhig, da die Apartments auf dem Hinterhof liegen, somit konnten wir alle prima schlafen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We had a late check in, 9pm and there were no lights at the entrance of the property. Had I been by myself it would not have felt safe as the area around the property is rough. There was no way to call or speak to anyone. The first night we had to endure loud noise as there was a party next door. If you’re a female traveling by yourself, I definitely do not recommend this place.

Nice room for independent stay in Berlin
Tiny, but nice room that had everything we needed. Great location. Many big sights within walking distance and U-bahn around the corner. Lovely coffee shops and restaurants in the streets close by as well as grocery stores with generous opening hours. This is a great place for a city holiday. Hotel reception is highly unavailable, stated opening hours do not apply in practice. Stated emergency number did not work either. Wi-fi typically non-functional. Apparently there are issues with the supplier and the reception has a solution for additional bandwidth, but then again they would have to be present to provide it. This seems to be a very quiet area. On the Saturday night there was live music somewhere in the building (not in the hotel) until 4 am. If sleep is important to you, it might be worth checking out if there are any concerts planned during your stay. Basically just make sure you do not need any additional hotel service except checkin/out and you’ll have a great stay.

Design Appartment passt - ideal für längere Aufenthalte und Familie oder Gruppe. Großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings würde man keinen Duschvorhang in der heutigen Zeit erwarten.
