장점. 직원들은 친절했음. 따듯했음. 위치도 트램에서 5~6분거리라서 좋았음 단점. 방안에 드라이기,냉장고가 없었음. 드라이기 리셉션에 아침에 시간이 없어서 못물어봤지만 물어보면 제공했을지도모르겠지만... 암튼 방안엔 없어서 머릴 제대로 못말리고 나감 청소는 겉으로보면 상태는 좋았으나 머리맡 테이블이랑 다른돗에 먼지가 그대로였음. 손님들이 다 게이분들이였음 여자가 나혼자라서 당황함.이런거에 예민하신분들은 피하는게 좋을듯.

Staff are very friendly and helpful , Hotel is in a nice location. The room was a bit tired, floor covering and fittings are pretty worn. Room service not great - room really needed a deep clean & dust removal.

J’adore les hôtels « Axel » mais la …. L’hôtel en lui même ça va sauf que nous avions une super suite avec de nombreuse fenêtre C’est top !!! Et non aucune ne ferme correctement ….. on a eu l’impression de dormir sur la rue ! Bruyant et glacial … même avec le chauffage à fond et un radiateur d’appoint que nous avons du demander à le réception je suis sur qu’il n’y avait pas plus de 15 dans la chambre. vu la température nous n’avons pas profité!

Deteriorating hotel
This hotel is deteriorating fast. Upon check in we were told that the hotel doesn’t always have hot water for showers! The hotel corridors have a damp musty smell and our room ceiling leaked on the last night. Staff are uninterested and sometimes worse. Stay somewhere else.

Our stay was just ok. Staff were very friendly, good gym facilities and hotel is conveniently located (e.g., within walking distance to public transport routes). However, there was no hot water for showers (staff informed us of this upon arrival). There was a musty smell throughout the hotel, inconsistent cleaning of room, and very thin walls.

Staff friendly and helpful but slow, key card stopped working a day early, room missing curtains that were never fixed during our 3 night visit. Very tired and unkept rooms, looking like they needed a paint job. Hot water stopped at 8pm each night. Toilet gives little privacy due to no door, but the design of the room is very attractive.

Disapointing attitude from staff
We had no hot water in our shower. We talked with the staff multiple times and the general response was a simple Sorry. No effort to fix the problem properly. The showerhead was also broken which they didnt get fixed in our 3 Day stay even though we mentioned it on the first Day

Un albergo a 4 stelle che a mala pena ne valgono due, camera non pulita e non vengono fatte le pulizie, non hanno messo neanche la carta igienica, nella strutture a 2 stelle ho sempre trovato pulizia, fazzolettini per il naso, qui neanche un boiler pwr fare un the in camera o un nescaffe!!! Pagato tanti soldi che a mapana ne vale la metà! Molto deludente

Crappy suite.
I don’t understand how can they be operating as a business, when the room that I stayed was dirty with stains and the bathroom had missing tile floor parts and it was supposed to be a junior suite. I did complained to the front desk but they would only listened and didn’t do anything. Room temperature was very cold and the 3 nights that I stayed the room was never cleaned. Since it was a non refundable rate I wasn’t going loose the money, otherwise I would had left the same day I arrived, this hotel requires to be remodeled and updated asap.

Hotel has seen better days, I stayed here in 2015 and was very disappointed with the hotel in this visit-2023. Parts of the room and common areas were broken. Jaquzzi is Luke warm not hot and no bubbles. Both the sauna and jaquzzi were out of action on two days. I asked for a robe to go up to the roof top on three separate occasions but nothing materialised. Key card was dissfunctional and I had to go to reception three times to get it sorted. Once in a towel and trunks only (as no robe) with the front door opening and stood in a queue. The room and common areas had a musty odour. The hotel is well situated for gay night life, but there was loud music at night coming from other hotel rooms.

Sauberkeit war echt schlecht das aus der dusche geruch raus kamm und das ganze zimmer stark roch ,services sprachen fast nur englich,deutsch war sehr schlecht zu verstehen , das lange warten bis mann sein zimmer bekommt und nur ein Fahrstuhl funktioniert, keine gute Ausschilderung. Wir werden da auf jeden fall nicht mehr buchen

The hotel is located good, but it is a little old. Cold floors, a lot of noise from air condition and someplace it’s not clean. It’s okay

Hotellet ligger perfekt og indretningen er fantastisk. Spaen var i stykker 2 ud af tre dage. Jeg kunne forstå på andre stamgæster at det var desværre ret normalt. Det er 4 år siden at jeg boede der sidst. Det begynder at være lidt slidt at se på.
