Estamos felizes em fornecer, mas toalhas e papel higiênico a pedido. Oferecemos apartamentos bonitos e espaçosos, com a possibilidade de lavar roupa, mas infelizmente não pode servir o mesmo serviço de um hotel. Pena que você estava desapontado, esperávamos uma classificação melhor. Atenciosamente Simon
