아주 좋았어요. 역 바로 앞이고(리프트는 없어요) 브란덴부르크문도 도보 이용 가능하고, 왠만한 관광지를 버스 300번 하나로 다 돌아다녔어요. 일반 더블룸인데도 엄청넓어서 29인치 캐리어 두개 펼쳐놓고도 남았어요. 직원들도 엄청 다정했어요. 만약에 베를린을 또 오게 된다면, 다시 묵고 싶은 방이에요

교통과 위치가 편리하나 주변에 수퍼나 저렴한 음식점은 없음. 바로 앞에 가게에서 간단한 음료, 과자는 살 수 있습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 조용하고 방크기도 넉넉합니다. 하지만, 유일하게 단점?이라면 이 곳은 레지던스 개념의 곳인지, 매일 청소/수건 교환을 하지 않습니다. 부분적 청소(수건 교환포함)는 3일에 한 번, 완전 청소는 6일에 한 번 합니다. 그러니 만약 2박3일을 묵는다면 그 동안 한번도 청소가 안되는 겁니다. 수건도 3일동안 1인당 2개로 써야함. ㅎㅎ 새수건을 받고 싶으면 1일에 5유로 추가 차지가 있습니다. 건물내에 사용할 수 있는 세탁기가 있다고 합니다만, 사용하지 않아서 어떤 시스템인지는 모르겠습니다. 매일 새수건 교환이 안되는 거 이외에는 만족스러운 곳이었습니다.

Perfect for a stay in Berlin
Fantastic place to stay in Berlin! As this is not a “traditional” hotel, more like an apartment hotel, the room was very spacious with a sitting area and a kitchenette, just perfect. The adjacent Italian restaurant is very good.

Hotel bem localizado.. fiquei para a Maratona de Berlin… porém nao tem café da manhã.. a recepçao fecha as 22h.. o elevador tb parou de funcionar as 3 noites que estivemos lá… o ar condicionado nao funcionou e estava muito calor! Alguns bons contratempos! Mas o quarto em si é bom e o restaurante italiano embaixo é agradável.

Am I the only one who didn’t like this place?
This place gets such good reviews, but honestly, I do not understand why. The location was perfect, but beyond that, I didnt really like it. The room was cold (not the temperature, which was always way too warm and I couldnt adjust it) and sort of sterile. You could light a match off of the carpet. Absolutely nothing warm and welcoming about the room or the premises in general. The shower had white soap-scummy stains in it. There were two coffee pods, and when I asked for more, I was told they cost 70 cents each, which I thought was very mean. Also learned I could rent - yes, rent - a bathrobe. Very odd. The bed was comfortable enough. It wasnt a very nice place to hang out and relax after a long day. I didnt love it, and wouldnt really recommend it.

Great location, excellent room and design. Altho the room ("apartment") has a kitchen, there is no nearby place to buy groceries (food, coffee, cream or other beverages) to keep in the fridge, and the hotel does not provide any food/dining room for breakfast or other meals. The passageway to the rooms on the 8th floor is a bit dangerous, I recommend they install proper steps, or warning signs and maybe a grab bar.

I booked this place for its proximity to the Berlin marathon start. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has a large bathroom shower, walk in closet, kitchenette with everything you need but a stove, and also has a nice sized balcony to relax. It’s close to the subway and walking distance to the Bradenburg Gate

子供が一緒の周遊旅行のため、いくつかのアパートメントホテルタイプに泊まりましたが、こちらのホテルが一番良かったです。 地下鉄駅からも近く、ブランデンブルク門まで徒歩圏内で安全な地域でした。難点はスーパーが少し遠かったことですが、徒歩圏内です。 キッチンがとても使いやすく、必要な調理器具がきちんと揃っていました。そして包丁がちゃんと切れる！食器類も清潔で気持ちよく使うことができました。 エキストラベッドもマットがしっかりしていて寝心地がよかったです。 空調システムのみでエアコンはありません。家族は暑がっていましたが、私は平気でした。扇風機は部屋に置いてありました。 洗濯機と乾燥機は共用のものが各一台ずつありました。洗剤はフロントで購入できます。 フロントの方も優しく、宿泊者が快適に過ごせるように考えてくれているホテルだと思います。おすすめです。

Stort fräscht och modernt
Stort rum för 3 personer. Fräscht och modernt. Pentry så att man kan fixa mat/frukost själv om man vill. Perfekt läge. Nära till allt viktigt. Kommer absolut bo där igen. Ända lilla bristen är möjligtvis avsaknad av AC. Vi hade värmebölja när vi bodde där så det va grymt varmt i lägenheten. Plus för att det finns eget garage så att man kan köra in och ut när man vill.

Comfortable and central
Very good location for sightseeing. Very comfortable room. Little disappointed to be told that the coffee and tea provided would only be replaced after three days. I could have paid for them at 70c per serving which I felt was a little mean given the expense of the room.

The Clipper Boardinghouse is a quality hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and modern with nice amenities. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was not working and we were in Berlin during a heat wave. The hotel had notified us 10 days in advance of our stay, but we were in a remote area of another country and missed the email. Still, we managed with the fan provided. We would stay at the Clipper Boardinghouse again. The service was excellent.

Great aparthotel, spacious rooms and with all needed amenities. Also the location is great, near many shops, restaurants. also Bradenburg Tor reachable by hand. Metro station just around the corner.

It was very close to historical sites we were interested in seeing. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was being repaired. However, we were grateful for the fan that was supplied.

Spacious, clean, well located.
Very well located and spacious apartment. Kitchen with everything you might need!! We asked for additional beds, for two additional guests. Total of 4! And had still space and were comfortable.
