청소를 해주는데 5일머무르는 동안 침대 시트를 갈아주지 않았어요 말을 해야 갈아준다네요. 침대가 좀 꺼져있어 좀불편합니다. 아침은 가지수가 많지않아요. 리셉션은 친절합니다.

2박 3일을 머물렀는데 둘째날 방 청소가 늦고 이불도 새 걸로 교체해주지 않았어요. 주차장 출구가 약간 좁았던 것도 있구요. 하지만 그 외에는 다 훌륭했어요. 얼음도 로비에서 무료로 받을 수 있었고 위치도 좋았어요.

Positiv: Gute Tiefgarage Akzeptabel: Frühstück Negativ: Sauberkeit des Zimmers, das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben war nicht komplett gereinigt: benutzter Zahnputzbecher im Bad, Waschbecken und Toilette nicht gut gereinigt. Schwarze Flecken in der Dusche. Bett gemacht aber die Bettwäsche eines der zwei Betten sah aus wie benutzt mit Abdruck im Kissen und schwarzen Fluseln unter der Decke. Personal: Anreise gegen 23h nur eine Person im Hotel die nicht die Rezeption verlassen konnte und haben somit auch keine Nachreinigung des Zimmers oder zumindest frische Bettwäsche bekommen. Parkgebühr mussten wir sofort bezahlen bei Check In. Eine andere Mitarbeiterin hat uns dann beim checkout als Wiedergutmachung den Erlass der Parkgebühren angeboten, dann aber gesagt: Oh Sie haben die schon bezahlt, dann können wir die leider nicht zurück erstatten, könnten uns aber an Expedia wenden. Bezahlt haben wir aber direkt im Hotel und nicht an Expedia, auch hatten wir das Parken nicht über Expedia gebucht! Unmöglich sowas, jedes Geschäft sollte eine Erstattung bzw. Korrektur veranlassen können wenn bei ihnen per Kredidkarte gezahlt wurde und wenn man die nicht erstatten will bitte garnicht erst anbieten. Fazit: Schade, Holiday Inn Express hatte für uns immer einen guten Standard, aber dieses ist nicht zu empfehlen.

This hotel doesn't provide basic stuff such as hair conditioner and body lotion. I'd also suggest to have safety boxes in rooms. These are all pretty standard in the majority of hotels.

i liked the most, the location and the staff were eager to help , but my only comment was when approaching the front desk upon arrival, on the 11th of January to complete my check in procedure, i was disappointed to see that on their computer, and my paper, they wrote that my home country was Israel, while my home country is Lebanon which i am very proud of. My question is, whose mistake was it??? or was it on purpose??

We really enjoyed our stay and we liked that you could chose no cleaning and receive a free drink! Better for the environment and we enjoyed our drink! Only way it could of been better for us is that the room doors really slam hard which disturbed us. But it is in a great location and staff were friendly.

I liked the fact it was close to a lot of food options, however the hotel itself was underwhelming and was just ok. The staff were not very helpful, seeing as how we got there a couple minutes earlier than the check in point, and they made us wait as she just stood there. Overall, the hotel was ok, the food was meh, and the room was eh.

Good location, good value for money. You can practically walk everywhere from here. The breakfast isn't much but the rooms were quiet and spacious, although a bit outdated. Staff is polite and helpful.

Schade um diese Defizite.
Zimmer soweit OK, keine King Size Bett sondern 2 Einzelbetten bei Doppelzimmer. Aufzüge Wartezeit eine Katatstrophe. Im Frühstücksraum dreckig auf dem Boden. Die junge schlanke Dame mit Brille verteilte beim abräumen die Krümel auf den Stühlen und den Rest auf den Boden. Den Lappen mit dem sie die Tische abwischt, nahm Sie dann noch um die Stühle abzuwischen. Schade um insgesamt doch einigermassenes Haus, das in anderen Städten wie Köln, München und anderswo TOP ist Schade das auch der Portier nicht wusste, das die Fahrzeuge am Abend und am SO ohne Beschränkung vor dem Hotel parken können. Lieber wollte er einen TG Parkplatz verkaufen. Hotelzimmer war wie von anderen auch, gebucht über HOTELS.com, nach vorne zur relativ lauten Strasse hin. Betten waren leider schon durchgelegen und sehr sehr weich. Kein Aushängeschild für Holiday Inn Express

de kamers waren verzorgd hotel in centrum wij dachten dat ik bij het boeken een sauna en zwembad gezien had op foto's maar die waren er niet s' morgens bij ontbijt te veel volk er was soms geen plaats maar het eten werd wel op tijd aangevuld

Nice hotel, staff are great, breakfast was the only let down, same every day, basic, Would have been so nice if some German sausage or bacon, we did ask if they could do an omelette but was told no.
