호텔에서 올린 사진과 실제가 달라 매우 실망했습니다. 호텔이 오래되어 보이고 청결해보이지 않았습니다. 특히 난방이 안되 추위에 떨었고 추가 비용을 지불하고서라도 난방도는 방으로 변경을 요청하였으나 거부되었습니다. 아시아인이라고 무시하는 인상을받았습니다. 재방문의사는 결코없습니다

The hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and the service was excellent! Great position to access all of the tourist areas, some excellent restaurants right on the doorstep. I specifically asked for a room on a high floor which was allocated, perfect, until the lift broke and I had to climb 6 floors. It was fixed quickly however so no harm done. My only negatives would be some difficulty in using the coffee machine, a large drawer had to be pulled out to turn on the power! It didn’t always work and a switch would have been so much easier. No milk other than powdered 😩 and bath towels the size of hand towels! Having said that I would definitely stay there again when I visit Berlin. Thank you for a great stay ☺️

Great location. One block either direction took you to the S or U ban, or a bus stop. Very quiet spot. Close to food store and restaurants. This would easily be a $300 night room in US. Would stay again without question.

Hotel is very good quality, clean, great location. Room 115 unfortunately is next to staircase with a door to the staircase that bangs every time it’s opened. Woke us up early both mornings.

Cool hotel, nice stay.
Nice, quiet boutique hotel. Very close to good transport links - S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams. Walking distance to many sights. Good location. Comfortable hotel and bed. Very good shower. Great cocktails in the bar for pre-dinner drink. About 150m away from a Christmas market - so ideal location for the festive season.

Over the Better aspectations, considering the last years in berlin. Wide and clean room, amenities like coffee and tea machines, confortable bath, huge tvscreen . Only the view on internal yard Is pretty sad. Check-in/out fast Mitte area in berlin Is wonderful to spend some relax moment with food and arts. Breakfast included wasnt unforgettable but quite good. 3 hundred euros for 2 nights are corrects

The staff are the highlight of this property. Super helpful and friendly. Gave me lots of good advice on night life options. they are the saving Factor for this hotel. Gym was also well equiped although the sauna is a additional price which i don't think it's fair. Now my big problem ! one night my aircon blew up and i had to do the last 2 days with no aircon. and what is worse one day my fan unit blew a disgusting stench into my room which made me have to sleep with the window's open. One of the worst hotel experiences i ever had ! i am still in shock. And the staff could do little to fix the situation so i checked out early.

After staying in hotels in the same price range in other cities and in Berling when I returned for my flight home, Classik Hotel Alexanderplatz stood out as the best. The front desk staff was very efficient and eager to solve any problem (the cleaning staff had forgotten to service my room). The bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location is excellent!

Hieno hotelli hyvällä paikalla
Siisti ja hiljainen hotelli. Tilava huone ja hyvä suihku (ei kastunut koko wc-tila suihkussa käynnin takia). Kun Berliinoiiissä oli juuri helle (n. 29 astetta), niin huoneen villennys toimi hienosti, joten yöt sai nukkua mukavassa viileydessä helteestä huolimatta. Hotelli on yllättävän lähellä esim. Alexanderplatzia, joten kulkuyhteydet muualle Berliiniin on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Erittäin hyvä hotelli
Huone oli viihtyisä, siisti ja avara sekä kauniin korkea. Sijainti huippupaikalla, keskellä kaikkea, mutta äärimmäisen hiljainen nukkua. Yleiset tilat viihtyisät ja kauniit, erinomainen aamiainen! Tulisin uudestaan.
