Nice location
Not far from city, only a few minutes walk from a closest station. Free wifi was nice although bit slow.

Einchecken OK; Nachts einen Dring an der Bar - nicht möglich; Frühstück - Frühstücksflur überfüllt, Kaffee, Saft, Hörnchen gleich vergriffen. Aber für die letzten zwei geöffneten Tage war es OK.

Perfect. Not the fanciest hotel in the world but amazing location, perfect views, very friendly staff and nice, clean and comfortable. Just what we were looking for - we will definitely be back.

I paid for a fairly large room, which I was happy with. It even had coffee and tea. BUT I was woken up in the middle of the night (just after 01) because there was a BAT flying around in the room. I had not had the window open myself, so it had been there the whole time. I was really shaken up, it was a really disgusting experience. I got a new room (smaller and without the coffee and tea). I had to get in touch with the hotel myself to ask for compensation, no one offered me anything. Not money, not even coffee... In the end I got half the price of the room back. But I do think it was poorly handled by the staff. And it felt disgusting having to think about the fact that the bat had been in the room with me the entire time.

etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Preis-Leistung ok
Zuerst zum Positiven: Die Lage gleich beim Ostbahnhof ist gut , das Personal war freundlich und das Checkin ging fix. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war in Ordnung. Nicht so toll: Man merkt, dass das Hotel schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat, eine Renovierung würde den Zimmer und der Hotelbar gut tun. Die Fenster bieten leider keinen guten Schallschutz und die Fenster lassen sich nicht komplett verdunkeln. In Flur und Aufzug war ein nicht sehr angenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar. Fazit: Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung und wenn man einfach einen Ort zum schlafen braucht, ist dieses Ibis okay. Ich persönlich würde die paar Euro für ein wenig moderneres Hotel in dieser Gegend ein nächstes Mal ausgeben wollen.

Bei Ibis war ich eigentlich immer makellose Sauberkeit gewohnt, in diesem Haus am Berliner Ostbahnhof fand ich leider das Gegenteil vor. Haare im Bad, verkalkte Duscharmaturen, Fenster mit dicker Staubschicht auf der Scheibe. Positiv fand ich den Service an der Rezeption sowie morgens zum Frühstück, man wird hier wirklich zuvorkommend behandelt als Gast. Die Tiefgarage ist für die Lage mit 10€ pro Nacht recht preisgünstig. Insgesamt merkt man, dass das Haus schon länger nicht grundlegend modernisiert worden ist, wenn man darüber hinwegsehen kann, ist man als Hotelgast gut aufgehoben in diesem Hotel.

The staff at the check-in counter when we first checked in were not at all friendly. Didn't seem to care about the guests. The amenities were not great either. Although their site mentions an in house restaurant, they didn't offer any kind of meal services other than coffee. Not sure if the bar was open either. No issues with house keeping, but they do not replenish tea or coffee in the room. Overall, the hotel is less than average for the price you pay.

Exzellente Lage für Kongress im Radialsystem
Sechs Nächte Aufenthalt anlässlich eines Kongresses im Radialsystem direkt nebenan - von daher für meine Bedürfnisse exzellente Lage. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und in Ordnung. Tiefgarage im Haus für 10 Euro pro Tag. Hilfsbereites freundliches Personal, aber nicht immer ausreichend informiert - so gab es widersprüchliche Antworten zu der Frage, ob es eine telefonische Durchwahl zu den Zimmern gibt.

駅から近く部屋は清潔で綺麗だった。駅の地下街にスーパーがあり、買い物には困らなかった。ベッドは大きく寝心地もよかった。部屋にティッシュがなかったことだけが残念だった。
