Not quite what I was expecting.... Although nothing wrong with the room/hotel, I thought; unexpectedly, it was the next standard down from most Travel Lodges I have been in....

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité/prix, chambre propre dans l'ensemble mais peu d'équipements y sont présents (impossible d'allumer la TV par exemple). En revanche la proximité immédiate avec le métro et le petit-déjeuner ont été très appréciés. Je recommande.

The room was really dirty. Leftover food what was thrown at the heater and curtains, which they haven’t had removed. Also there were lots of hairs in the shower and on the beds. The rooms were also really noisy, what kept me awake a couple of times.

Hotel staff friendly. Well located (2 stations less than 5 minutes away by foot). Building a little old, but works on the way. Many restaurants in the area.

Basic. Nothing special, not too bad. They are renovating but I was in a room that had yet to be renovated. Clean enough, but old. Noisy, but great location. Within walking distance of most key places. Tram station across the street. Good for traveling on a budget.

Habe das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht, konnte in dieser Nacht nur wenige Stunden schlafen weil links sowie rechts von mir die Paare es ein wenig übertrieben haben und durch die dünnen Wände hat man so ziemlich alles gehört. Mein Bett, das an der wand stand hat ebenfalls gewackelt. Nicht nochmal

As soon as i entered the property and approached the reception, i was told to move aside and wait in a corner where other people were waiting while the receptionists were busy doing something else but welcoming customers. When i was finally called, the person at the desk seemed annoyed by my presence. After getting access to the room i was hit with a very peculiar and pungent smell and decided right away i was not going to stay. While waiting for expedia to talk with the property to bargain a refund, i stayed in the room for about an hour, found hairs on both the little beds and on the towels in the bathroom. Stains are present everywhere on the walls and on the carpet. There is no sound or light isolation. The curtains are about 1 foot from the window and they let light in from the sides. The bed mattress looked very poor and slim. The room i was given faced the street and in the middle of it there are also the rails for the train which goes by every other minute adding to the noise pollution. I was told by expedia that since i checked in i couldn’t have my money back but i decided to check out and lose my money (worth 6 nights) rather than spending even another minute in that room.

Só a localização vale a pena
A localização é o único ponto positivo do hotel. Muito perto de duas ótimas linhas, de resto, deixa demais a desejar. As fotos do site são de outro hotel da rede, esse mesmo tem um aspecto de velho e um cheiro forte no quarto quando fica fechado. O espaço do ‘box’ no banheiro é muito pequeno e o resto do banheiro alaga conforme você vai se mexendo. Eu usei os copos do quarto no dia que cheguei e em dia nenhum foram trocados assim como tinha uma garrafa plástica embaixo da minha cama e ela permaneceu lá todos os dias, ou seja, a limpeza não é feita decentemente. Machuquei meu joelho e sangrou um pouco durante a noite e em momento nenhum o lençol com a mancha foi trocado.
Espaço da cama que não condiz com as fotos de divulgação.
Espaço de banho demasiado pequeno.

Middle class hotel located in Schöneberg some 3 km from city center. Some parts of the hotel were a bit worn, but it looked like they were in the process of refurbishing. We had a three bed room with plenty of space, clean and no disturbing sound from outside or inside. The breakfast offered a selection of cereal, bread, cold cuts, eggs etc., no problem to load up for a day in Berlin. The hotel also has its own parking space which is perfect if you come by car. There are a lot of very good restaurants within 5-10 min walking from the hotel which was really nice. Also very easy to get to places as the Bülowstrasse U-Bahn station is 5 min from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Die Hotelkosten wurden mir zweimal abgebucht. Das habe ich reklamiert. E-Mail versendet, keine Rückmeldung, bzw. keine Stellungnahme dazu. Das Telefonieren, die angegebene Durchwahl war nicht besetzt. Die zuviel entrichtete Hotelrechnung möchte ich natürlich zurückerstattet haben. Ansonsten wird das Hotel für diesen günstigen Preis von mir gut bis mittelmäßig bewertet. mfG. Andreas Keller
