From what I could see there are only five rooms on the third floor of the building. Most of the building are private offices and apartments I'm guessing. Unless one uses the stairs one must use an ancient elevator that is slow and difficult. The bar downstairs by the same name is not as festive as reported and the basement play area is not always open. The bars down the street are the same.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La habitación bastante simple. Nada especial. El baño es tan obscuro que no estoy seguro de que esté muy limpio. Las almohadas horribles. Y lo peor, solo nos dieron una llave aún cuando éramos 2 personas. Teníamos que regresar siempre juntos o uno de nosotros se quedaba afuera. No hay body shower en la ducha. Creo que para el mismo precio hay muchos hoteles mejores en la cercanía. Una renovación de las habitaciones es urgente!

Ein Tipp für alle die in dieser Zeit ihren Urlaub planen: Man kann eigentlich nur nach Berlin, egal ob allg. Kultur oder in der gay Szene ausgehen. Fast alles ist offen und die Bars nachts sehen sicher aus, im großen und ganzen werden die Regeln eingehalten.

Practical apartment in the middle of the gay area
Nice simple apartment in the basement of the house opposite the hotel, in the middle of the gay area, near to the bars, cafés, shops and restaurants - and U-Bahnhof Nolle. In the flat you have everything you need for a short stay: fridge, shower, dishes. Wifi needed a little fixing but worked then ok. Being in the basement, it is a bit dark, especially as you probably prefer to keep the curtains shut. Recycling is not encouraged, but can easily be done yourself in the neighbouring courtyard. All the service we needed from Tom´s was very friendly and efficient. Recommend.

Das Toms ist immer wieder sehr erlebnisreich. Die Lage zwischen allen gay locations macht es aus. Nur hier Landmann so viel erleben. Da kommt kein Luxushotel mit. Luxushotels kann ich weltweit überall gleich buchen. Aber das Abenteuer erlebe ich nur im Toms.

Chambre propre. Mais impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude pendant notre séjour !! Le patron s’en fou royalement !! Je passerais votre chemin si vous voulez réserver dans cette hôtel !!! Même pas un geste commercial et le patron nous dis que c’est normal et il faut faire limite un roulement avec les autres chambres pour avoir de l’eau chaude ????????!!!!!!!

No comfortable chairs or couch. The bed pillows were horrible…No support. Choice of TV channels was very poor…No mainstream channels…No channels in English. The lighting was very poor…Too dim.

Do not stay here it’s not a hotel
The only positive about this place was the warm greeting. The bad 1) this is not a hotel - it’s a set of individual rooms in a private residence block. There is no room service, no communal area etc that you would get in a normal hotel. 2) the “pillow” was a thin, sad piece of material that had to be folded in 4 to get any padding. 3) the hot water for showering lasted exactly 4 min before going cold - I actually timed it 6 out of the 7 nights I stayed. 4) the morning after my first night I noticed a lot of dust on the floor. I jokingly wrote “clean me” in the dust. It was still there 5 days later. The dust got worse and worse. Finally, beware pickpockets in the area. They come up to you on the pretence of asking directions for a local bar, press up real close (almost grinding up against you) then go for the wallet. Do not stay here

Nice staff, cool rooms but noisy and a bit dirty.
Nice staff at the reception. Nice area to be in. Close to the subway and buses. Close to a big grocery store to shop food to have in your room (as there is no breakfast at this hotel), but also cafès around for breakfast alternatives. The room was really cool looking. Had a big bathroom with a big shower too. Had a window to the backyard so not much noise, but in general it was a very calm and quiet neighborhood both during the day and night. My drawback for this hotel is that there should've been more noise-proofing between rooms and the doors out to the hallway. I was there in a "quiet season", so when the hotel is full I bet you'll go crazy with all the door slamming and people walking outside your room. This hotel is built out of an old apartment building, so the walls and doors they have put up are really thin and not sound-proofed. The cleaning stuff can also put a little more effort in cleaning the room - especially along the baseboard all around the floor in the room and the bathroom and behind furniture - dust had gathered there for quite some time and was black and grey with filth. It was an okay stay, but I probably won't come back. Luckily the cheap price I got for it, made it worth the trip at least. And again, big thumbs up to the friendly staff at this hotel :)

Bij de douche zat veel schimmel en kalk op de tegels. De hele kamer was oppervlakkig schoongemaakt. Vrijdag nacht heel veel lawaai van de bar. Bij aankomst was het toilet verstopt. Dat hebben ze na een paar uur opgelost. De ontvangst was vriendelijk. De koffers zijn naar mijn kamer gebracht.
