This guest stayed the entire time that they were booked for, they had the privacy sign on their door the whole time they were here, although I asked them to turn the A/C off when they were leaving for the day to conserve energy(in compliance with the Bermuda Electric Light Company) they never did, we could not service the room due to the fact that they had the Privacy sign on the door every day. After three days they asked me where to put the garbage, I told them to leave it on the porch and we would take from there, from my office I saw the man walked out the gate with the the garbage. If the property was as they describe it,I cannot understand why they stayed. I cannot change who I am so I am sorry if I personally, did not meet their expectations. These are the facts; I have no reason to lie. Thank you.
