현대적이고 깨끗한 숙소. 역과 가깝고 베른 여행의 출발지로 괜찮은 위치이다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고, 조식은 여행 중 먹어본 조식 중 최고였다.

괜찮은 호텔!
데스크 직원들이 너무 친절했어요. 스위스 5일 있는 동안 가장 기억에 남는 호텔인 것 같아요! 그리고 미니바도 무료였어요. 탄산수 4병! 책상에 한국 전기제품 그대로 사용 가능한 콘센트도 1개 있었어요. 위치도 좋아서 추천해요~

방은 넓고 수납공간도 넉넉했고 안락하다. 터치패드가 있어서 유용했다. 하지만 청소가 아예 안되어있는 날도 있어서 따로 요청전화를 했다. 커피캡슐도 다시 채워지지 않아서 아쉬웠다. 요청할때만 채워진다. 직원들은 친절하다. 중심가에 위치하고 쿱이 바로 근처에 있어서 상당히 편했다.

편안하고 깨끗한 숙소입니다
베른역과 멀지 않은 곳에 위치해 있어어 찾기 어렵지 않아요.주변에 상점과 마켓,식당등도 많아 위험하지 않네요. 무엇보다 체크인시 직원의 유쾌한 모습에 첫인상이 더 좋았어요. 숙소 또한 넓어 4인가족 여유롭게 머물수 있었고 깨끗하고 무엇보다 에어컨이 있어 좋았답니다. 다음에도 베른에 온다면 이곳에 머물예정입니다

베른의 좋은 위치 숙소, 친절한 스태프
위치가 역에서 250m 정도 떨어져있어 상당히 가깝고 이동이 편합니다. 그리고 에어컨이 있는 몇 안되는 호텔입니다. 스위스는 대부분 에어컨이 없더라구요. 프론트데스크도 친절하고 공짜로 탈수 있는 대중교통 패스도 줍니다. 근처에 맛집이 많으며 쇼핑가도 있지만 대부분 6시에 문을 닫습니다. 단지 맛집들은 상당히 오래 합니다.

베른에 가신다면 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 주요관광지와 아주 가까운건 아니지만 베른자체가 크지 않아 무료버스티켓으로 다 다닐수있습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 시설도 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다.

우선 유럽 호텔들에 비해 넓은 편이였어요. 마지막 일정이였는데 호텔에 간이주방도 있어서 좋았구요. 큰 마트도 걸어서 5-6분이면 있어서 거기서 장 보고 호텔에서 요리 해먹었구요. 첨에 후라이팬 없어서 좀 당황했는데 프론트에 달라하니까 줬어요. 주방이 있어서 제일 편했고 화장실도 생각보다 넓어서 좋았어요. 일단 주방이 있어서 추천합니당.

비싸지만 위치 좋고 서비스 좋으며 일일 무료 교통권을 주어서 아주 잘 이용했어요. 왕궁과 걸어서 2분정도 메인 광장인지 중심가도 걸어서 아주 가까워서 늦게까지 돌아다니다 호텔에 들어왔어요. 최고의 위치에요. 방음 좋아요. 베른 중심 관광지가 작아서 이호텔 추천해요.

위치가 좋은 숙소
우선 지하철역 출구만 잘 찾아 나온다면 정말 가까운 거리에 위치해 있습니다.(도보2분-3분) 도보로 이용하면 마켓,국회의사당등 갈 수 있습니다. 장미공원과 곰공원은 숙소에서 3분이내에 있는 국회의사당 앞 정류장 10번버스를 이용하면 금방 갈 수 있습니다. 올라갈댄 버스를 이용하고 내려올땐 걸어와도 될 정도의 위치입니다. 조식은 작지만 만족스러웠고 체크인/아웃할때 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 슬리퍼는 요청하면 무료로 받을 수 있었습니다. 객실도 작지도 크지도 않아 딱2인이 머물기 적당했고 테라스가 있어 좋았습니다^^ 단지 아쉬웠던점은 우리가 숙박한 날에 국회의사당에 행사가 있어서 소음이 많이 들렸습니다 ㅜㅜ 테라스에서 내려다보니 바로 앞건물1층에 호프집이 있었는데 거기서 들리는 소음도 좀 있어서 아주 예민하신 분들은 골목 길 쪽으로 룸배정을 받지않는게 좋을 것 같았습니다. 큰대로변이 아니라 차2대정도 지나가는 골목쯤에 위치해 있어서 밤에는 위험할 것 같았으나 유동인구가 많아 의외로 그렇지 않았습니다. 베른의 높은 숙박비에 대비해서 위치가 좋아 대체로 만족한 숙소 였습니다^^

I liked our stay, it was nice and comfortable. the rooms seem a little bit dated, and the yellow bulb lighting didn't do much to make the room more inviting. that's all. staff were all friendly and helpful.

We really liked the staff and the amenities. The only reason I would dock one star is for the length of time between requests made and service workers completing them. For example, it was difficult to request more towels or toilet paper without waiting a few hours at a time. This could have been a cultural difference from how things are done in the states, but everyone was very friendly and hospitable otherwise.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war bei jeder Begegnung super! Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und nur einen Katzensprung vom Bahnhof entfernt, ist umschlagbar. Überall sind Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Zimmer wartet mit eigener Nespresso-Maschine und Tee auf, auch war Wasser zur Verfügung in der Minibar. Diese Annehmlichkeiten rechtfertigen sicher laut Sterne-Guide die 4 Sterne. Es ist jedoch auf den Etagen und im Zimmer selbst ein gewisser Renervierungsstau nicht von der Hand zu weisen. Der Stoffbezug an der Wand vom Bett war z.B. teils abgewetzt. Schlecht hat der Zimmerservice abgeschnitten: ein Mal wurde eine Toilettenpapierrolle mit 3 Blättern - hübsch gefaltet - hängen gelassen und ein anderes Mal wurde keine zweite Rolle nachgelegt. Außerdem hingen an der Wand mit der Dachschräge seit meiner Ankunft Staubfussel auf Augenhöhe und die hängen da sicherlich auch schon noch viel länger. Da wird nicht richtig danach hingeguckt, schade. Nur weil eine Wand nicht zum Standard-Putzprogramm gehört, kann man das nicht einfach außer Acht lassen.

Overall a nice place, with great location.

Comfortable hotel, great area, noisy guests
The hotel was comfortable we had an issue with the tv in our room a d got upgraded to a larger room. However we did have to deal with noisy neighbours and loud music at 3am one of the nights. Not the hotels fault and reception were quick to shut it down.
