융프라우가 보이는 발코니 호텔! 석식도 대 만족입니다.
Wengen역에서 호텔까지의 위치도 적당히 좋았고, 내부에 있는 엘레베이터 그리고 방에서 보이는 융프라우뷰를 포함해 만족하는 숙박이였습니다. 특히, 호텔 주인분께서 호텔에 머무는 손님들에게 각각 친절히 인사하며 대하시는 모습을 보니 신경을 많이 쓰시는것 같아 보기도 좋았습니다. 그리고 숙박자에 한해 저녁식사를 만족스러운 가격과 맛으로 제공하는데, 저는 너무 좋았습니다. 다음날 융프라우를 가실 계획이 있거나 멘리헨 트래킹 계획이 있다면 꼭 머물러보세요~ 추천합니다!

뷰가 좋으나 시설은 약간 부족함
벵겐에서도 높은 지대에 위치해있어 올라가기가 조금 힘들 수 있으나 뷰가 정말 좋았고, 전체적으로 아늑한 분위기에요 객실은 호텔보다는 콘도에 가깝고, 대체로 추운편입니다 라디에이터가 켜지지를 않더군요 겨울에 묵으실 분들은 참고하시길.. 그 외엔 조식도 맛있고, 직원들도 가족같이 친근합니다! 여름에 다시 스위스에 방문할 때 다시 묵을 것 같네요

Great hotel to stay, the breakfast was amazing and the staff was beyond friendly. But even without that, the Mountain View is enough to stay here, you will wake up with the most amazing views you can think off.

This was like staying at your grandma’s chalet. PRO’S Clean, functional, basic, and comfy beds CONS: Out dated, tired looking facility and sad appearance to the internal/external grounds. They have a wonderful view. Wish they would invest in outdoor furniture, a few furs/blankets and candles to create an inviting space. As an interior designer of mountain homes, this place could be darling and change the guest experience to a more positive one.

From May on, all our Mountain View and Panoramic rooms will be newly refurbished. I had a wonderfull stay. The hotel is a few minutes away from the tram that will take you to the top of Männlichen and the view is breathtaking. The view from the hotel itself is wonderfull. Breakfast is good. There is no AC but I dont thibk you need them. We spent. lot of time exploring outside so once we are back, its akready cooled off. Staff are very accomodating. I would definetely stay again here.

Everything you need for a stay in the mountains
Really comfortable place, with excellent service and a very nice daily changing dinner menu. Basic but good breakfast to store up on energy for a day in the mountains. Majestic view on the Jungfrau and other peaks. A short, slightly uphill walk from Wengen train station.

Amazing stay. The best is to use public transport for your entire journey to wengen as cars are useless in this area where everything is so well connected with public transport.

Lovely experience!
Staff was extremely friendly and proactive, hotel was very cozy, room was spacious, but there was no cleaning service. Breakfast was good, and great location, very close to train station and cable car station to go to the mountains. Lovely experience!

Best views in Wengen
The service was fantastic! I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that worked the evenings but he was amazing. We stayed in room 308 with the panoramic views and it was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are simple and a little dated but I find almost everywhere in the mountains to be like this. The price of this hotel was lower than many others in the area. This surprised me because the views are some of the best in Wengen. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee which helped save money and time in the Swiss Alps. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent hotel
Good facilities. Pool table games, library, free tea and coffee. Decent breakfast offerings. Very helpful friendly staff. Beautiful view of the mountains. Spotlessly clean. Decor and styling a bit dated but I understand this is fairly normal for this area. Would definitely stay again

Cozy stay in Wengen!!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Wengen at Jungfraublick! We took the mountain view room and the view from our balcony was particularly stunning when the clouds cleared in the morning!! Two things to note: the hotel's restaurant is currently closed due to COVID and cars will need to be left in Lauterbrunnen (but access by train is easy).

Great view with enthusiastic staff
Great hotel staff -- incredibly helpful with local activities and truly enjoyed sharing their knowledge and community. Conveniently located, breathtaking view, comfortable rooms. (Alas, due to Covid, food service was limited, but staff was helpful in recommending options.)

A great stay!!
We loved it here. If we return to Wengen we would stay there again! Viktor was absolutely wonderful. He picked us up from the train station to check in and also dropped us off after check out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful for planning our day based on the weather. We accidentally left with our room key and he said not to worry and asked us to leave it in lauterbrunnen with the rail office. A beautiful area of good faith and great people. We couldnt say enough good about Viktor. He made our experience. Our mountain few room was beautiful. Thank you for a great stay!

Great view and very nice staff. Wonderful hotel but the walk up to the hotel is challenging for us older or out of shape patrons. The hotel picked us up and dropped us when we arrived and departed. We stayed 4 nights and buy the time we returned each day it was a real challenge to get up the hill. This was my only complaint.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Ausblick (der war es wert) und einen tollen Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern, besonders Viktor. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es ist wirklich ein Hotel der alten Schule im positiven Sinne. Man merkt aber auch, dass es ein älteres Hotel ist, die Einrichtung wirkt schon ziemlich altbacken.

The name says it all. DO take the upgrade for the room with balcony and you won't repent. Room in itself is very comfortable.Victor, amongst all, was the most helpful. Right from checking in to the time we checked out. We even shopped souvenirs in the town so had additional bags and he arranged for us to be dropped to the train station at no additional cost! His recommendation on the trail walk near the hotel was brilliant. haven't seen such an amazing valley view in all of Switzerland. The breakfast though needs some improvement. Extremely limited options I feel. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and will definitely book here again.

A hotel that will surprise you
Like i said. This is a hotel that will surprise you.. surprise you in a good way i mean :-) the room that we got was the best! it has a panoramic view on the balcony that gives you a great view of the alpine landscapes! Good frukost and the breads are so fresh and good! the service is a topnotch and I would like to thank Viktor for a warm welcoming us! The only downside was the bathroom that had some smell upon checking in, but they directly made swift actions regrding this mini concern. Anyway, to sum it all up. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Good hotel option in Wengen. A little dated in style but typical Swiss accommodations well located in Wengen. Great staff - super friendly and helpful. nothing was a problem!

On check in we were offered a room upgrade however, once checked in it was evident that the upgraded room was worse that what we had booked. It was on a lower floor, had an obstructed view and the room was significantly smaller than what was booked. We ended up rejecting the upgrade and opting for our original booking, which was far superior to the room that was offered. Overall the hotel is nice with great views (from selected rooms). The breakfast is sufficient and the hotel staff friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre and train station but an easy walk up the hill.
