직원이 매우 불친절합니다.
체크인하고 방을받아보니 유일하게 엘레베이터가 없는 4층 비상구계단으로 올라가는방이였습니다.여자두명이였고 짐을 들고 올라가기에 무리가있어서 방을 바꿀수있냐고 물어봤는데 직원이 정색을 하며 기분나쁘게 그방아니면 화장실이없는 방밖에 없다고 말해 그냥 방을썼습니다. 4층에는 공용샤워실조차없고 정말 방안에 변기만있는 화장실뿐이였고 계단은 매우 높았는데 짐들어주는 직원한명없더군요.시설보다 호텔직원의 태도가 너무 마음에 안들어 기분좋았던 스위스여행이 이 호텔로 인해 불쾌한감정으로 남았습니다. 게다가 4층은 일부러동양인들만 쓰게하는건지 저희방을 제외하고 나머지객실은 전부 중국인들이 있었습니다. 일부러 방이없다고 한건아닌지?? 인종차별을 하는건 아닌가 오해가 들더군요. 다시는 가고 싶지않은 호텔이였습니다.동양분들이 가실거면 꼭 다시 생각해보시고 가세요.즐거운 여행이 이호텔직원으로 인해 불쾌해질수있을것같습니다.

시설과 위치는 괜찮지만 호텔 서비스가 매우 불만족스러움
체크아웃과 체크인 시간이 너무 제한적입니다. 리셉션에 사람이 거의 없어서 뭘 물어보기가 불편합니다. 세면대가 화장실이 아닌 방 문 앞에 있는데 물이 바닥으로 튀어도 물이 빠질 공간이 없습니다.

참 좋은 스위스 호텔
스위스 치곤 가격도 적당했고, 작은 소품등이 스위스 전통의 느낌을 잘 살렸습니다. 방은 비록 크지 않았고, 객실 위치도 좋진 않았습니다만 하루 머물기엔 좋았습니다. 근방이 워낙 풍경이 좋습니다.

끝내주는 뷰
내부는 리모델링 한듯 깨끗한 원목으로 이루어져있고 창문으로 보이는 뷰는 정말 그림같은 모습. . 신기한게 방에 세면대가있고 욕실엔 샤워부스와 변기만 있어요 그리구 컵라면 먹으려구 밑에호텔식당에 갔더니 컵라면 한게당 뜨거운물을 1프랑씩 받더라구요 그게좀 아쉬웠네요

가격은 피크 시즌이라 좀 비싼편이나 라우터브룬넨 역과도 5분이며 주변 어디든 손쉽게 갈수 있고 창밖의 경치 또한 완벽함. WIFI 잘 터지고 식사도 맛있음

미리 신용카드로 결제된 금액을 취소하고 전액을 다시 지불해야 하는 불편함
예약 당시에 신용카드로 지불된 금액이 예약금의 전액인 줄 알았습니다. 그런데 호텔에 도착하니 이전에 지불된 금액은 전체 금액의 90%이고, 이전에 결제된 거래를 취소하고 다시 요금의 100%를 새로 지급해야 한다고 합니다. 그런데 이런 내용을 사전에 hotels.com을 통해 미리 이야기를 하거나 표시를 했어야 했는데, 그러지 않아서 체크인 상황에서 상당한 혼란이 초래되었습니다. 앞으로 이러한 결재에 대한 혼란이 없도록 사전에 100% 결재를 되게 하거나, 아니면 결재가 되었다가 취소가 된다는 내용을 명확하게 공지해야 할 것입니다.

Nice hotel
Hotel has a restaurant that gets busy and shares the hotels staff, so keep in mind a bit of waiting for assistance when needed. But Hotel was great, Rooms were comfy, Staff was ok, food was great, vibe and decor of hotel was good, we had a waterfall view from our room. Shared bath was a bit musty and needed ventilation, wifi was crap. Location was great and in middle of strip, train station nearby.

Very central, close to falls and train
Some rooms are very small compared to others for the same price. Shower is on a different floor, shared toilet too. No aircon and very noisy ...lots of door slamming, suitcases being dragged on wooden floors and you can hear people walking on the floor above you.

Lovely stay
This hotel was great! We read the reviews and had done our research so we knew that breakfast and parking were not included in the hotels.com rate. Yes, there were some people arguing about that when we arrived. But with that out of the way, we had a wonderful, clean room with a beautiful view of the waterfall. It was nicely located in town so we could easily walk to everything. The "colorful" manager was fine with us. He was friendly and amusing and gave us a great, romantic room. We were impressed and very much enjoyed our stay!

Nice location
Hotel was in a nice location and had on-site parking. Hotel owner did upsell having us look at 3 rooms (the one we booked and 2 other higher priced ones) to get us to book a more expensive one. We talked with another guest and he did the same thing to her. Overall though a very nice hotel.

Clean and strategic location to jungfrau.
Perfect location to Jungfrau and the hotel just walk in 10 minutes from Lauterbrunen train station. Enjoyed the scenery and can hear waterfall from the hotel room.

電車に乗り遅れた経験から
お部屋は広さも設備も価格の割には満足できなかったが、それ自体は平均的だと思う。高望みするのであるならば、もっと費用を払わねばいけないと過去経験から知っていたので。それでも特筆すべきは、鍵穴から室内が見えることや、ヒソヒソ声で話しても周囲に筒抜けなぐらい壁が薄いこと。壁が薄い宿に多く投宿してきたけど、ここは群を抜いている。プライバシーは保てないと思った。なお、鍵は誰でも手にできるフロント横に吊り下げるだけ。 でも、そんなことは、たいしたことじゃない。どちらかというと、よくあることだから。 問題はスタッフ、というか・・・ チェックインはフロント営業時間の終了後にしたので、特記事項通りレストランスタッフにしてもらった。そのせいか翌日以降、フロントを通る度に不審な目で見られた気がして不愉快であった。極めつけはチェックアウト。8時からチェックアウト開始と書いてあったが、同じく横に「それ以外の時間はレストランスタッフへ」と書いてある。なので7時過ぎにレストラン準備中のスタッフに扉をコンコンとして呼んだが見てもしらんぷり。大きな声で呼んでみると、やっと近づいてきて、睨まれながら7時30分からだと言われる。 英語が不得手な私。「行きたいならどうぞ。その代わり警察呼ぶから」と何度も言われ気がする。なんという態度だろう。超早朝やスタッフ出勤前ならまだしも(そういう時は前日に手続すべきだと思う)、7時過ぎに書いてある通りにやって、でこれではあんまりだと思った。ちなみに、7時30分過ぎになされたチェックアウト手続きは、支払が元々なかった私の場合、10秒程ですぐ終わる。もちろん1時間に1本しかない電車は乗れなかった。 このエピソードはこのホテルを貫くシンボリックな態度だと思う。

De l'eau tombait abondamment du plafond, à 6h00 le matin. La réception n'était pas disponible, toute la matinée. Le numéro d'urgence ne répondait pas. Le coffret de sécurité n'ouvrait plus. On a enlevé la porte, sans la remplacer.

酒店位置极佳，从窗口可以看到不远处的施陶河瀑布。出行也方便，从酒店步行到中心火车站和超市都用不了10分钟。酒店设施稍嫌简陋，商业气息过于严重，连电视遥控器都要用胶布黏住，细节上充斥着对人的极度不信任，让人感觉非常不舒服。

このやり方は如何なものか・・・？
ネットの検索では通常1泊2万5千円以上の部屋が1日のみ格安（約半額）になっているようにな見せ方ですが、 実際は、ドミトリーに近いようなシャビーで小さな部屋でした。駅から近く、一見を獲得できるからか、観光客を侮った運営に見えます。ホテル敷地内の駐車場料金まで別途支払いました。 共用バスルームも不衛生でホテルとは言い難いです。一方で他の部屋は広くまずまずの内容のようでした。 予め、他の部屋とはコンセプトが全く違うと謳わないと詐欺に近い気がしました。 古くても清潔な部屋を提供するホテルの多いスイスでこのビジネス手法には納得がいきません。 翌日、近くのグリンデルワルトで宿泊したホテルは料金はさほど変わらないもののとても快適でした。 駐車場も翌日も無料で使わせて頂けてとてもフレンドリー。一体この差は何なのかと・・・・

Hotellet var så som så. Rent og pent. Men det som gjorde inntrykk var den fantastiske kundeservice! Her skulle det hjelpes til med alt og litt til. Da min samboer trenger glutenfri mat hjalp de til med å forklare kjøkkenet hva som trengtes og satt seg ned med oss for å diskutere hva de kunne lage i stedet for den opprinnelige menyen.

Affordable, just do not bother with the breakfast
Tiny rooms yet affordable, shared bathrooms yet clean. Staff not the most helpful but they speak several languages. The big negative mark is the breakfast, sold as a buffet with hot and cold options. Reality, few pieces of bread, old cheese and ham, couple of yogurt pots and boiled eggs, definitely a rip off for CHF19!!! Right next door there is a lovely coffee shop with freshly baked bread and freshly squeezed juices, you will have a lovely breakfast under CHF15.

Great location. Not best place to stay
We love Lauterbrunnen but were disappointed w this hotel. Once you book the reservation it is nonrefundable. That should have been a warning sign. It is a nice enough place but there are places just as good that include a great breakfast and do not charge CHF5 every time the two of us get glasses of water! Also the restaurant staff was terribly overworked. There were only 1 or 2 servers at most when it was full of customers. Also hotels.com did not tell me my room did not have a bathroom so we had to spend the extra to upgrade to a room w a bathroom after we got there. We bought an electronic teapot so we could have hot water for tea in our room without having to bug the stressed out restaurant workers and pay for the water. They also charge for parking which other places do not. We will choose a different place next time we go to lauterbrunnen.

Would Stay Again--Maybe a Different Room, Though
The husband and I were here for 4 nights in mid-June as a base for Adventure in the Berner Oberland. The hotel has a great location: 10 - 15 minutes' walk from the train and cable car stations and also Staubbach waterfall, 5 minutes from a laundromat, right across the street from a stop for the bus to the upper end of the valley, and surrounded by edibles suitable for most occasions and sophistications of palate. The staff spoke varying degrees of English, but the proprietor's was excellent, and he gave us lots of tips on activities and area history (he grew up in the hotel) and cheerfully humored my incessant requests for correction of my cruddy German. We'd definitely stay here again, but we'd probably change rooms. We were in a budget double with a shared toilet in the hall and a separate shared shower one floor up, which turned out to be kind of inconvenient when we were trying to keep the husband's sunburned legs cool with water overnight until the grocery store opened in the morning and I could get some after-sun lotion for him. Also, the smaller size of the budget room meant that the husband kept banging his sunburned legs on the furniture--lots of yelping. Having only one manual key for the room made it difficult for us to split up for independent puttering, but it was nice that the main hotel door got locked (opened for guests with an electronic key fob) when the reception area wasn't attended. There's also an attached restaurant.

This Hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the train station in town. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony at no extra charge. We found the staff to be friendly. No frills hotel but clean and fun for the family. The location was incredible. Right below the waterfalls and just a few minutes to the train to Wengen or Tram to Murren. Dinner at the restaurant was just okay. Breakfast was a very limited selection and overpriced. The coffee shop next door is much better for less money. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

窓からユングフラウが見える部屋でした。カウベルの音や近くの教会の鐘の響きに癒やされます。 ホテルのすぐ近くで、地域の伝統工芸を見せ、ホルンやヨーデルを聞かせる催しがあって とても楽しい時を過ごせました。 ラウターブルンネンは谷間の静かな町ですが、美味しいハムを好きなだけ切って分けてくれる店があり、 ユングフラウヨッホやグリンデルワルド、メーンリッフェンなどどこへ行くのも便利です。

Rude staff
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. On arrival we were shown different rooms in a attempt to pay for a upgrade and then shown the rooms we had apparently booked which were not as advertised. We had booked 2 rooms with a shared bathroom and were taken to two seperate rooms one with a toilet and the other with a sink and told wash facilities were on a seperate floor and shared with 8 other rooms. When we complained to the hotel manager he then argued with us saying the problem was with the booking agent and was not forthcoming with resolving the problem.

Das ist eine Pension und kein Hotel Etagendusche
Wenn man ankommt erfährt man vom Wirt das man ein Zimmer ohne Dusche und ohne Frühstück gebucht hat, das hätte man ja auch lesen können Stand in der oberen Zeile der Buchung in Englisch? Die Zimmer hatten das Niveau einer veralteten Pension niemals ist das ein 3 Sterne Hotel.

Good Location, the staff up-sell the room
1) Location was good, just 8 mins walking distance from Main Station 2) Hotel Room was clean, but no towel and hair dryer in the room 3) When checked-in, the staff offered an upgraded room (with supplement includes breakfasts), he provided the 2 keys for us, let us to see and compare the original room and the upgraded room. He asked us to compare those room. The upgraded room with a balcony as well. Finally, we keep the original room.

very strange ... we were put in a conference room with a bedroom. My wife forgot a nice sweater in the closet and when we called the next day they said no one found a sweater... which wasn't true...
