But the fact is you booked the room over Expedia only for 2 adults and as you decribed you arrived with a family of 4, in that case we have to charge the extra guests in the room. Yes the room is big enaugh for 4 guests but the price was given only for 2 in this case. In addition, I would like to apologize for the front desk experience you appear to have had.
