깨끗한 객실 친절한 스탭 환상적인 뷰 방에서 보는 산 전망 계곡전망 모두 비현실적으로 아름답다 피곤함을 수영장이나 사우나에서 풀수도 있어서 금상첨화 융프라우나 피르스트에 가기 좋은 위치 인터라켄에 숙박할 필요가 없다 교통 연계도 잘 되어 있다 망설이지 말고 예약해도 좋다

모든면에서 만족스러운 호텔
호텔직원들이 친절합니다. 벵겐역 바로 앞에 위치해 있어서 주변지역 관광을 위해 이동하기 편리합니다. 호텔에서 30미터 정도 거리에 Coop 이 있어서 식료품 구입을 하기 좋습니다. 사우나와 헬스를 할 수 있는 공간이 갖추어져 있어서 관광후에 피로를 해소할 수 있습니다. 아침식사도 다양하게 잘 준비되어 있습니다. 모든 면에서 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

깔끔하고 주인장님도 친절하셨어요. 그란델발트 가는게 좀 멀어요. 냉장고가 없는게 아쉬웠습니다. 융프라우 가는건 굉장히 가깝고 뮤렌도 가깝습니다. 잘지내다가 갑니다.

벵엔까지 기차로 가기가 쉽지 않습니다만 도착하고 바로 앞에 호텔이 있어 찾기 쉽습니다. 방은 한국의 흔한 리조트 다운 방입니다. 수학여행으로 많이 경험해보셨을 겁니다. 여름이라 에어컨이 없어서 당황했는데요. 이불도 두꺼운 솜이불이라 당황했습니다. 하지만 창문을 열자마자 끝내주는 풍경에 더위도 잊을 수 있습니다. 그리고 밤에 이불 속에 파묻혀서 자고 있었어요. 새벽이 춥더라구요. 아침에 조식이 훌륭했구요. 치즈 종류가 많아 골라먹는 재미가 있었습니다. 다음에도 방문한다면 벵엔에 숙소를 잡고싶어요.

Highly recommend you to stay at this hotel!
It is about 30 min away from Interlaken ost station by train. Except that, no other better places to stay than this hotel! For the reason that there are quite a lot of things to do in the hotel. For example, spa, sauna, restaurant, bar and so on. I expected to see the stars from the balcony at night, but the weather during our stay was not that good. That's why we should visit this hotel next time! :) Morning buffet has a pretty various selection and also good taste. Ppl at the reception desk are so kind that one woman asked us if we needed to leave our luggage in the hotel when we checked out. The only problem was heater in the room.. it didn't work well so couldn't make the room warm enough and made us feel cold. No amenities but one of shower gel+shampoo. The view from the balcony is fantastic!

체그인할때 직원실수로 이미 체크인된 방 가서 당황스러웠네요. 그거 말고는 직원들 친절하고 작은 동네라 둘러보기 좋아요. 숙소 앞에 쿱도 있고 기차역도 바로 앞이고. 아 체크인했는데 수건이 하나뿐이었어요 이건 요청해서 다시 받았으니.. 전반적으로 좋습니다. 가격만 좀 더 저렴했으면 좋겠네요

벵엔 넘버원 숙소!!
한시쯤 도착했는데 바로 방을 배정해줘서 세시까지 기다리지 않고 체크인 할 수 있었습니다. 3층이었는데 방뷰가 정말 환상적이었습니다! 조식도 무난했고 우선 방이 넓어서 세가족이 지내는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 창문에서 내려다보면 기차역이 보여서 기차 소리나면 후다닥 내려가서 탈 수 있을 정도로 위치가 좋습니다. 벵엔역에서 약 10초 거리 ㅋㅋ 한가지 아쉬운 점은 방에 냉장고가 없는 것인데 여름에도 기온이 선선해서 음료나 과일을 발코니에 놔두면 괜찮았습니다. 실내 해수풀 수영장도 너무 좋습니다. 유수풀도 있고 물이 따뜻해서 융프라우 다녀와 몸풀기에 최고입니다. 투숙객은 무료로 이용가능해요~

깨끗합니다
위치는 좋습니다. 하지만 wengen 자체가 워낙 작은 마을이라 어디에 머물든 좋은 위치일 것 같습니다. 숙소는 깨끗한 편이며 침구도 편합니다. 조식도 만족스러운 편입니다. 패키지 상품으로 오시는 분들이 많아서 아침에는 다소 시끄러웠네요. 수영장 및 사우나 시설은 기대에는 못미쳤구요. 3인이 머물기에는 숙소가 작습니다.

교통, 전망 최고!! 가족 여행에 적합!
인터라켄ost 역에서 30분 정도 떨어져 있으나, Wengen역에서 도보로 1분 거리라 이동에 전혀 불편함이 없고, 무엇보다 호텔에서 바라보는 그림같은 경치가 압권입니다. 쉴트호른 행 산악기차는 호텔앞 기차역에서 10분 거리라 오히려 인터라켄보다 편리하고요. 고지대라 한여름에도 시원하고, 오후시간 아이들과 함께 호텔 앞 스포츠 센터에서 자전거 대여해서 마을을 돌아보며 찍은 사진들이 두고두고 좋은 추억으로 남습니다. 침대4개 제공하는 방으로 예약했는데 잠자리 편하고 좋았고, 조식도 다른 스위스 호텔대비 괜찮은 편입니다. 가족여행 고려하시는 분께 강추입니다. Highly recommended for family trip!!

Loved this property for its location and spa/pool. The hotel needs a bit of TLC on the outside and the rooms could be updated a bit but totally offset by the spa/pool area. The spa/pool area had a main pool with waterfall/spray, sauna, steam room, hot/cold plunge pools, cold bucket, quiet area with beautiful views of the mountains and an outdoor hot tub with the same stunning views. Also could book massages. It is conveniently located in Wengen and short distance from train. Rooms were clean. Pool area could use a bit more attention but it was acceptable. View from room was also stunning. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would return.

The staff were incredible and the property was beautiful. The staff helped us have a wonderful time and were so friendly and helpful. The property and room was comfortable and located close to the train. The views fr the property were breath taking. The spa was an incredible addition and was clean and such a nice treat. Cannot recommend Arenas enough. Thank you!

Bel hôtel d'époque, belle salle de repas avec hauts plafonds. Un peu daté pour l'insonorisation qui serait à améliorer (on entend la TV, les conversations et Ies gens ronfler à côté) et les peintures extérieures (balcons en bois, volets) . Piscine très agréable, bien chaude à 33 degrés, parfait.

A very friendly hotel with excellent location. It provides a wonderful swimming pool for exhausted guests to relax after their one-day mountain hike. Its staffs were so considerate that you simply felt stay home.

The hotel was fine but in need of refurbishment in some areas. The indoor pool was great after a days walking. One problem to report however. We booked a comfort double room which clearly showed a balcony and was listed as bigger than a cheaper economy double but the hotel reception tried to put us in an economy double only moving us to a comfort room after my complaint.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly, and the location was super convenient as it was right by the train station. The views were also lovely.

Conveniently located by the train station so it was easy to find and get to the property with lots of luggage. The pool is amazing and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was excellent too.
