Great base for trip with brothers
Our triple bed apartment was great for our trip. The location was fantastic for arrival by train, close to the sport shop and easy to ski with the bus. Good breakfast selection. Good hot shower.

Had a wonderful stay at Central Hotel Wolter. Very friendly and helpful staff and the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Super convenient to the train station. Will absolutely stay again!

We loved staying at Central Hotel Walter. We used the train a few times and loved how it was so close by. Our breakfast was delicious and filling every morning! Would definitely recommend.

Very good location - a stones throw from the train station. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful - a special mention to Till who went out of the way to make us comfortable. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous!

Most scenic view from the room, loved the location as the train station was hardly 2 mins walk. Lot of hotels, shops and restaurants close by helped too. Miss the eiger views 😊 Staff was friendly

The hotel needs to keep a fan as during summers, the place is very hot and as there is no aircondition, the fan is necessary.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. Let's start with the restaurant. The food was nothing short of horrible. After taking just one bite, I couldn't stomach it and had to send it back. Despite my dissatisfaction, I was still charged for the entire meal. It's incredibly disheartening to receive such poor quality food and not even receive a simple apology. The waitress and the manager were rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Moving on to the hotel, the room was exceptionally small. It was easily the worst night of our entire 2 weeks vacation in Europe. The cramped space made it extremely uncomfortable, and it felt far from the relaxing experience we were hoping for. Overall, stay away form it!! The combination of awful food, unapologetic staff, and cramped hotel rooms left a lasting negative impression. There are far better options available that can provide a more enjoyable and satisfying experience.

Great for Family travel!
This hotel is good for Family travel, good location and stunning views! There is parking behind the hotel. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the next day.

Pros -Great breakfast (eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, breads, cheeses, hams, fruits) -Price is reasonable for the area -1 minute walk from train station -Shops and restaurants nearby Cons -Old: There was a fake deer ingrained in the wall which was creepy. The carpet and amenities are worn and in desperate need of upgrade. Cramped: Very small and tight space, we were not very comfortable in the room. -No air conditioning: It can get hot in the summer. -Beds are old with thin mattresses and not very comfortable for sleeping.

Location - Service - Condition Great!
Very pleased with this hotel stay. Convenient location as it’s very close to the train station, and on the Main Street for shops and restaurants. Check In desk is on 1st floor, above their restaurant, and if you don’t want to haul luggage up a steep set of stairs then you can easily use the lift entrance on street level by going into the restaurant. Room was fine, well appointed and clean. Having a balcony is great for viewing the mountains. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of variety offered. Staff kept the whole place clean, and were helpful.
