Liked that there was a cafe on the premises .I didnt like the room that we stayed in due to the noise level of the traffic on the road.There needs to be a sound proof wall erected.

My mate and I have both developed Scabies since our stay there, suspect the donna's were the issue. The cabin itself was lacking tea towels, cloths for wiping and the sink had no hotwater. The food at the café was good and good value. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful.

Will return

Will gladly return. The staff were very friendly anf the room was very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was amazing. A bit out of the way from the city but worth the drive. Very reasonably priced, unlike the accommodation in the city.

Fantastic

Very clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. The area is very quiet and safe. The location is a little bit out of CBD, but well worth the travel. The on-site restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing. Thank you for the great stay and the late checkout. I'll definitely be back the next time I am in Darwin.

We stayed in the ensuite cabin with bunks, I actually booked at another hotel for the last 3 days of our trip before we got to the hidden valley park and kind of wish I had not, I was going off the photos on their site, and they do not do it justice, the room was great, very clean, it’s an awesome park for people with children, the only issue I had was the toilet being in a seperate part but still on your site and that the bunks are next to the main bed.

Enjoyable stay.

Lovely gardens, lovely pool. Cabin was ok with kitchen. Bed was small and very uncomfortable. Airport close noisy with planes flying over. Would stay again.

Good but basic

The room was part of a holiday camp. The accommodation was basic. It looked better in the photos but it was very well priced. On a business trip it was a lower level of accom than I had expected but it was functional, clean, had good service and was cheap. It would be good for a budget conscious family

Perfect!

After staying in some pretty average places around the NT this place was a welcomed relief. We stayed in the Pandanus Lodge which was motel-style accommodation - comfy and spotless! WiFi was pretty poor...but aren't they all?

Thank you Sheridan. Our Pandanus Lodge rooms are very lovely. With a queen bed and ensuite they are perfect for all types of travellers. We are working on our WIFI all the time to improve, unfortuantley Telstra has been having some major issues and we have seeing this with our WIFI coverage

Hidden gem

Stayed here on the first leg of our NT holiday. The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The air con was a real lifesaver. The tourist park was well situated to get to the two parks, Kakadu and Litchfield. The pool area was lovely and there was a cafe there too. We tried a meal one evening and it was ok. Would definitely stay here again

Right in the middle for all the places we visited.

Enjoyed the facilities, clean room, staff at book in were helpful and very pleasant. Beautiful pleasant surroundings eg: gardens and pool.

For a four person accommodation the room was not big enough. Two seater couch only for watching TV. The king size bed was like sleeping on concrete. The facilities were clean but that was the only thing going for it.

very comfortable and suited our needs. the only flaw was there wasn't a couch to sit on to watch TV at night only the kitchen chairs. Otherwise it was great.

Facilities: Basic, Unpretentious, Modest; Value: Affordable; Service: Good, Friendly, Courteous; Cleanliness: Spotless; Appears to be an older cabin but is very clean, tidy and well presented. Basic facilities but does the job. The king bed is not very comfortable!
