BEWARE!! BEWARE!! If I could give this resort no stars, I would. I booked this room on 12/27/23 for a stay on March 10-12, 2024. This was supposed to be a Christmas preasant for my in-laws. My mother in law is disabled so upon booking with Expedia, I called the resort directly to ensure I would be on a ground floor. There was no problem there. I also called back a few weeks ago to make sure the notes for a ground floor were included and again, no problem. 2 hours before checkin, we received a call from the resort that they “received information and we’ll need to call another phone number”. They could not tell us what information they received. I called the other number to find out that our reservation was being cancelled. Mind you, my in laws had already made their way up the mountain. They first tried to blame the cancellation on a power outage. Then blamed Expedia. The person I was speaking to sounded panicked. I asked for a cancellation confirmation number which they could not provide. I immediately jumped on google reviews to find out this happens very often! THIS PLACE HAS NO INTEGRITY! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Burea and I encourage everyone that has had this experience to do the same.

They lost it, or somebody on the staff stole a package that Ontrack delivered at the reception. I called before I arrived asking if I could use their address to send some packages containing gloves and snow clothes for my family; they said yes, I could use their address. When I arrived, there was a missing box, "the one with the most expensive items." First, they said there was no delivery; I showed them that the delivery company said they delivered the package at the front desk. One of the ladies there told me that she returned a big white box to UPS because there was not enough room to keep the box; I told her that Ontrack, not UPS, delivered the package and asked why she never called me. She said she tried to call me many times. The next day, I went to the room manager and the general manager to tell them what this young lady told me. They said they did not even have my phone since I had made the reservation with a third-party agency, but who did this lady know that the missing box was white and big? I wondered why she was so nervous when she said it to me. This place does not have a video camera in the reservation area, and they do not keep a record of deliveries. BE AWARE OF THE DELIVERY ANY PACKAGE AT THE FRONT DESK

What a place to stay in Big Bear. Cabin feel, very nice facilities. Check in was a breeze, and the ladies at the front were all more than friendly and very helpful. Five star all the way….

I checked in with my family of 5 at 12:30am. Front desk/security was fast to help get me checked in. Staff super friendly. Rooms really nice and clean and big. I would definitely come back!!

A very spacious place. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location was also very close to stores and small hiking trails. We will definitely return.

World mark resort good experience
Complete kitchen facilities, very clean and maintained. Issues with heater and tv quickly attended to after a phone call to desk. Comfortable beds and pillows.

I was charged my room only for my room to be canceled same day when i called the hotel they disnt even have my name registered nor did they know what i was talking, i spend hundreds of dollers preparing for this trip food clothes tire chains called off of work my cousn flew in from out of state days wasted and money very very disappointed

Hot water runs out
Everything was really nice Y The staff was very friendly professional and helpful The only negative was that on our last evening the hot water went completely cold In the middle of filling the bathtub and doing dishes.

Beautiful Resort Like Place
Beautiful place the only problem was We had requested a down stairs unit since we are in our 70’s Then we got there and they tried to put us in 2nd floor then were told had to wait for down stairs unit over 1 hour They put us under a family with 4 kids they ran and jumped slammed cabinets till 1:30-2 am every night. They should always put family with kids on bottom level. We love this place and would come again.

Location it’s very good, I wish they invest in some good mattresses and have AC in the units, it was hot day time but we expect to cool night but it didn’t and we slept with windows open, my neighbor had fans in his window 😉 and try to arrange to get a room downstairs was impossible even though we had reserve a Room weeks advance and fallow few requests with a newborn and no elevator had to take the stroller up and down stairs, stuff told me at front dask it’s only 15 step not a big deal 😣. I’ll visit when my kids grownups

Came in and the bbq was at 700*. Called office and no care. Parking horrible. Want to know if a room is clean? Look at the fans. Had to clean them ourselves.
